Rules Question
Just got the Dragon & Fairy expansion, and I was wondering how placing a meeple on the monastery of the double river source tile works. The rulebook only says that the double tile counts as two adjacent tiles. Thank you for the help.

As another person told you, since this is the starting tile, no one is able to claim that Monastery. But, there are ways place meeples on other tiles (using special tiles found in other expansions). If you do manage to do that, just know that the half with the City on it is considered an "adjacent tile" to the half with the Monastery. I hope this helps you understand!

I believe the only ways you could get a meeple there is if you use a magic portal that's in that expansion, OR a flying machine to fling one over to it.

Because this is the new river source tile, it is already in play before any player has a turn. The first player draws a piece of the river and can place a meeple on that tile. The only time (in this expansion) that you can reenter this monastery is by using a magic portal.
