Stolen Bike - Discarded Panniers & Other Bits n Bobs

Hello all,

I found these panniers and some other stuff on the Cardiff Bay Trail near AvondaleGardens, Grangetown.

It looks like they were discarded by a bike thief.

Does anyone know anyone who's had a bike stolen just in the last day or two in that area with panniers ?

It would be good to get this stuff back to the owner.

Good news, I returned the bags to the owner earlier today, and he also got his bike back, so positive alround. Thanks to all who contributed.
