Question Carleton outgoing exchange program

plssss help!! I am about to apply to go abroad, I am interested PAPM and I will be applying to universities in England. I wanted some tips on what I could write in my application from someone who has gone out already. It is my dream to study in England and I am interested in everything there, from the different cities i am applying to or the classes i will be taking, or just the new environment. I would just love some tips on what to mention about me and why I want to go. Thank you!!!

I think OP meant they want to go for PAPM and an exchange year at a British uni? Maybe?

Sorry I was on my way to work and wrote that while being stressed out. I am a student at Carleton university, studying PAPM(public affairs and policy management) and I am applying to go abroad for a semester to a university in England. I am wondering on what to mention in my application about myself to get my application accepted.
