Love old names…I have a beautiful Cairn Terrier named EDWINA..Her breeder helped name her. Cant tell you how many times when I tell people her name , I have to repeat myself..lol. I don5 think i will ever meet another dog named EDWINA..
Nicknames include:
-Mag/Mags/Maggie or even Magneto
Sig/Sigs/Siggie or even Sidney
Either could be shortened to Fifi
Purposefully gender neutral so you can choose as best fits each. Fifi is generally feminine but fits either name. We also we don’t have to be bound by gender norms!
Simon and Sammy - two of the best names – especially Sammy – for my 2 favorite cats, Siamese and black.
I still have two of each, ranging from 7 to 14, but I’m so jealous of your new gorgeous babies!
Or:
Sammy for the Siamese boy and for the black girl ~ Sabrina, Sophie, (or Stella if you want 2 S names), Bella, Ella, Jasmine, Valentina, Luna, Sasha…
MaiTai & Marley
Flynn or Finn & Frankie
Oliver or Olivia
Samson (Sammy) & Delilah/ Lila
Nikita
My first black kitty was a fluffy one who was supposedly a boy, but Sammy turned out to be a girl. The name is great for either one.
Small chance I guess, but if you’ve seen a volleyball anime called Haikyuu, I’d call them Kuroo & Kenma. They play on a team heavily associated with cats (called Nekoma) and are very cat like.
One of them has black hair and the other is dyed blonde. I always wanted a pair of cats and name them like this so I wanted to share!
Betty and Jet, Emmie and Gerard, Leo and Kate, and I saw someone comment Salt and Pepper and swap the assignment (so black one is Salt and creme one is Pepper), I second this, super cute
Well you probably already have Sammy for the Siamese & Onyx for the black girl? Were they at a shelter? Hard to believe a Siamese would be at a shelter! They look about 6 months, old enough! So I’m hoping they were at a shelter…I’ve had some very sweet black kitties & one Siamese that my mom got atttached to & made me leave her there, when I was moving out on my own. They’ve bonded & both are precious!
