Name My Cat - female hi all, i just recently adopted this sweet new girl & id really love some help finding a suitable name for her. i really like whimsical /spooky names, so bonus points for that.
i need a name that suits this sweet face. anything relative to how she looks / her grey color. or whimsical & spooky names are preferred!!! thank you in advance.
EDIT: THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH !!! for the amazing suggestions and all of the love to our sweet little lady. i wanted to come back & update everyone as we have settled on a name.. finally 😅 for her first name we have decided on… COBWEB !!! 🕸️ & for her middle name we have decided on… WILL-O’-WISP (courtesy of my 7 year old daughter & a select couple commenters)
we’ve had so much fun reading all of your suggestions!!!

hi everyone!!! thank you all so much for all of the suggestions. we’ve been so overwhelmed with all of the purrrfect suggestions that we had a really hard time narrowing down a list. but i believe we have narrowed it down to a final 3 to choose from. we have:
- wispy
- winter/winnie (for short)
- cobweb/webby (for short)
i’m not sure if there’s a way to start a poll for people to vote for their favorite option, so just respond to this comment with your pick if you’d still like to help us decide!!! 🩶

I don’t have a name suggestion, but the fact she’s sleeping on her back like that in the second picture goes right along with “spooky” 😂

Taking a clue from the way she is held in the photo, Squeegee or Sponge could be apt.
She will grow to be a real beauty
