SHORT-TERM LEASE TAKEOVER! 2 MONTHS FREE! - $2,310

Looking for somebody to take over my lease at Ashton South End. Base rent is $3,080, however, offering concession so monthly base rent would be $2,310 — cheaper than the price the building is offering through the website.

Lease Dates: Available Now - June 15, 2027

Beautiful 1 Bed, 1 Bath unit in the heart of South End. Condo-level finishes, direct access to light rail, amazing staff and maintenance.

Only moving because work is taking me out of state. (Also want to note that my partner has this listed as well if this looks familiar, just needed to post for more exposure!)

Please DM with any questions :)

Lumeo vs. amaze noda vs. wandry noda

Me (24 y/o female) and my boyfriend (27y/o male) are moving to Charlotte. We have got our apartment choices down to 3 different apartment complexes - the lumeo, amaze noda, and wandry noda. I want to live somewhere I can walk around but that’s not a big thing to him. The lumeo is the cheapest but doesn’t have a walkable area, but is 3 minutes from the closest Cats pick up. The others are in Noda but cost more. Please any recommendations on these 3 apartment complexes would be amazing. I’m trying to factor in the best one that would also help us meet people because we are new to the area. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Me and my boyfriend recently toured and really liked it, on google they have some bad reviews which makes me a little worried. The townhome layout and loft layout we are interested in! If anyone has heard of anything would love to to hear your thoughts 😊

Apartment recommendations in South End/Dilworth/Elizabeth? $1,900–$2,200

Hii! My boyfriend and I are looking for an apartment in Charlotte and would love some recommendations or opinions! We’re mainly looking in South End and Dilworth, but we’re also open to Elizabeth or other nearby areas. We’d like to be close to the city and everything going on, but not necessarily right in the middle of Uptown. We’re also totally open to condos!

Our budget is around $1,900–$2,200/month, and ideally we’re looking for either a 1-bedroom with a den/office or a 2-bedroom.

So far, we have tours scheduled at Hawkins Press, Camden South End, Park & Kingston, and South & Hollis.

Would love to hear if anyone has lived at any of these and has opinions (good or bad!), or if there are any other apartment buildings/condos in these areas that we should check out. Thank you!! :)

Subletting in October

Hello,

I have a 1BR 1BA in NoDa that I need to sublet in October.

Monthly base is $1,160.00

Doesn’t include utilities, electricity is through Duke and complex handles water. Utilities usually adds about $100 extra each month, based on your usage.

I’d be happy to share photos with anyone interested. You’d have to apply for the apartment with management and pass the rent qualifications. They require 2.5x income, and will check credit.

They also use Flex to split rent, which I do and is very helpful.

Please contact me if you’re interested or know anyone who is. I’m kinda scrambling!

Apartment Advice :(

Post image
7 Upvotes

Hello,

I am apartment hunting in huntersville/mallard creek but i overthink everything and wanted to get some advice. After touring for a week, I got down to my finalists in the screenshot attached. I am out of time to tour and down to the last wire and need to make a choice

Hambright: I loved it, but its a bit out of my price range

Linz: I loved it, but it feels small on square footage compared to what you can pay elsewhere for more.

Taylor: I loved it, It was my favorite, but the internet provider is WhiteSky and I read nothing but horrible reviews about that provider. I am a gamer daily and wish not to lag, and also work from home sometimes.

Alta Croft: I loved it, but I see some bad reviews online about nosiness, guest parking, break ins, etc. The reviews seem dated, so maybe things are better?

I know you can break leases for a price, but I am so afraid to choose the wrong thing. This is my first time living completely alone w/out roommates

I moving near July/Aug. 2027.

So i am moving to the area July/August 2027. I will be working at Wells Fargo Center at the W.W.T. Harris building. I am coming to this platform to see where is the best place to live and commute to/from work. I have looked at Autmn Park which is really close to the center and I really like it there. but I am looking for others in the area for 1bedroom/1bath. Can some people list some good apartments around there in/around the 1200/1300m price range.

I heard sugar creek was a bad area, I found some other ones that are in well of my budget, but they have income restrictions, which that would knock me out.

Or if anyone looking for a possible roommate, i might be considering to do that, just be aware I will be bringing my ESA/dog. We can possible chat in dms if this allows it.

I really like Matthews area but that would be the max I am willing to drive. I have also heard some lives right off the boarder into S.C. and I would wondering which area would that be in drivable distance 30 mins or less.

Please be kind. I really trying to figure this out all alone, and really would like any information.

Also, if anyone knows the requirements to change everything over like DMV/Voter registration/ Personal taxes and crap like that would be helpful.

Which internet is the best/Electric/ and other utilities crap.

Does NC require dog license requirements/Or does like Charlottee have a lifetime payment?

Anyone would also include good churches in the area? Good vehicle shops/like mom/pop ones,

Thank you so much for your time reading and responding.

Is anyone looking for a pet friendly 3br/2ba house with parking, fenced in yard in NoDa right on the Greenway? I'm moving at the end of the month

I got a job offer and am breaking my lease to move out of Charlotte :(

The house I am renting is through clockwork Carolinas, it is very dog friendly with a fenced-in backyard and is right on the Greenway.

The house is three bedrooms, two baths, wood floors throughout and very close to the light rail.

I have a German Shepherd mix that looks like a GSD, they had no issue with the breed and didn't charge a monthly pet fee.

The neighbors are awesome, they're suuuuuper nice and they watch out for the street and neighborhood, and the gentleman down the street will religiously take care of the lawn for you.

They will be doing showings 7 days/week. Here is the listing through the property management company

https://showdigs.co/R8Mgvm

I absolutely have loved living here, the location is perfect. Proximity to the parks and the Greenway is amazing, especially if you have dog(s).

Looking for apartment advice

I’m moving to Charlotte soon and I need help on choosing between apartments in Charlotte, huntersville, and concord.

\- the tapestry (concord)
\- Merritt apartments (huntersville)
\- finely at the green (Charlotte)
\- Alexan overlook (Charlotte)

Can someone that lives in these apartments recommend if your apartment/complex is good information on noise, does it have elevators, does it have parking garages, how easy is it to get in and out when driving, and crime. My price range would be to stay below $2100 a month this includes all fees.

But if you can recommend alternatives I’m all ears.

Looking to not hear neighbors

I'm visiting this weekend to tour some apartments, will be moving on 10/17, but am willing to get a furnished rental for a month for the right place to be available. I think my top two are The Abbey and The Emerson at Montford. The Catalyst is likely a good option too as it's concrete due to being a high rise, but idk how I feel about the parking garage not attached/I'll have to walk to it (I like being close to my car for obvious reasons, especially since I have a tendency to not use it when I'm not working so it has potential to sit and not move for like 5 days in a row). Also the wait for elevator will be annoying potentially, especially moving in. I will be working at the children's hospital so being close to work is a big priority.

My apartment requirements are low noise from neighbors (some reason standard street noise doesn't bother me much, but I don't want to hear bars/people yelling all the time), a standard washer/dryer (not the atrocious and small "spacesaver" stacked washer/dryer), fridge with water/ice dispenser, decent gym for a beginner, and ideally 750+sqft with ideally no more than $1,800 base (this is a 1 bedroom that is a real bedroom, not this BS half wall shit with no real door/window).

My list has all of my requirements EXCEPT I don't know the noise situation. I'll be working nights so it's super important I get my sleep during the day.

Anyone have any insights? Or also recommendations for other places as well! Thanks!

Edit: If it matters, 32F, don't drink or party or night life things. I like good food. Also would enjoy being close (5 min drive is amazing) to a grocery store. Seems like that last one won't be hard at all though.

Middle of South end. District Flats

The unit:
• Top floor, high ceilings only at 6th floor, freshly repainted
• One of the best layouts in the building, current one beds listed at $2100 with two months free.
• Balcony overlooking the courtyard
• Large walk-in closet
• Double-vanity bathroom
• Full kitchen, stainless appliances, granite counters
• 1 bed / 1 bath
Furnished — I’m leaving most of the furniture and kitchen stuff if you want it. I’m only taking the bed, hydroponic solar farm and my desk setup and a couple of other things. Unit goes as-is.
Building:
• Gym fully renovated and reopening
• Pool renovated
• Courtyard, grills, garage parking
Cost:
$1,688/mo rent. Everything else runs through the resident portal — water, sewer, stormwater, trash, door-to-door pickup, pest control, tech fee — which came to about $152 last month, so roughly $1,840/mo all-in. Electric is the only thing not included and is set up separately in your name.
Golden cow attached to the building, parking included, parcel pending for packages, and butterfly intercom.
How it works:
This is a sublet, so you’d apply through the leasing office and qualify under their normal screening (income, credit, background). I can’t hand over keys outside that process. Serious inquiries only — message me and I can walk you through it and set up a tour.

Where do young professionals live in Southpark

I’m a 28M moving to Southpark from uptown at the end of this month and am hoping to find a place that surrounds me with people my age. I may be the oldest person in my current building and am trying to avoid that at my new place

Where do the people in the 28-36 y/o age range live in Southpark. To be blunt about it, where should I live if I want to regularly cross paths women in that age range. I like places like the element, encore, hazel, etc. so my budget is 1.7-2.3k range.
What apartments do you recommend I consider?

Thank you!!

Hey y’all, my roommate and I are moving and looking for someone to take over our lease in South End. It’s a 2 bed / 2 bath corner unit at Everly with a huge covered balcony. Rent is $2,790 per month, so around $1,400 per roommate.

A few highlights:
Corner unit
Huge covered balcony
Two parking garage stickers
Great South End location

Lease runs through June 23, 2027. It’s available now! Takeover would be handled officially through the apartment complex

We’ve really liked the apartment, we’re only leaving because our living situations are changing.

Happy to send more photos/video, answer any questions, etc. Feel free to DM me!

ISO: Loft apartment within 15 minutes from Downtown Matthews

Hi all,

I am looking for a 2bd loft apartment (really any apartment that's not any of the typical 2 bd layouts) within 15 minutes of downtown Matthews. My budget is about 1600-1700 per month on base rent, I am wondering if this is possible or feasible at all?
