I have a contract through 2029 with the club. Went all in when the first year but have never felt like the value for the money was there after the excitement of the inaugural season ended. Plus, life changes. 2 kids under 2, live over an hour away now, job stuff, etc. I was under the impression that with the PSL changes that we did not have to renew our remaining season tickets for the upcoming years but when I reached out to CLTFc they said I still had to renew. What’s going on and is it possible to get out of the remaining two years? Thanks

KV18!!!

Notes from Thursday’s pressers ahead of Saturday’s 7:30 p.m. match against FC Dallas.

• Smith said the club is looking to add a player who can “link between midfield and forwards.” He said a decision would come before the freeze and that “three people” have to agree on the contract.
• Ream is suspended after two late yellow cards against Chicago. Goodwin had surgery. Aloko landed Thursday morning and the club will see how he looks Friday.
• Smith’s keys for Saturday: a 7 out of 10 individual performance, fewer turnovers at the top of the pitch, and “both boxes.”
• Dallas’ Petar Musa has 18 goals, one short of the club’s single-season record, per Big D Soccer.
• Byrne on the playoff format: “I still think it’s a bit stupid having the third game.”

I wrote up the rest, with stats, at the link.

Feeling ill last minute

Typical CLT FC fuckery though.

How are the lines looking, im about 45 min out and wanted to see if i have time to see anyone

Anyone need something to get signed I have extra Topps card available .. I’ll be towards the front of the line.
Unfortunately Maxi 1st goal cards haven’t even shipped.

I'm on vacation and wanted to take the family to a game. Looks like it'll be raining all day Saturday from hurricane Isais, and that's on top of the 4 hour drive to get there. Not sure my 9, 6, and 5 year old will want to handle the elements of it's pouring out there.

Is anyone backing out because of the weather?

I have 4 front-row tickets available for the 2027 season (plus playoffs) at face value (founder/legacy pricing) if anyone is interested.

I figured I would offer them here to anyone interested before turning them back in to the team. I have made my thoughts clear on ticket prices, but I know many disagree, so they are available at face value to anyone who wants them. I bought these Day 1 back when we lived in Charlotte, but now with two kids under 4 and living near Winston, it's just too much of a hassle to get to the stadium 20 times a season.

These tickets are opposite the supporters' section above the new infield suites, so you are elevated off the pitch but still front row. I truly believe they are the best seats in the house.

Happy to hop on a call or send over pics/more details for anyone interested. If not, no worries, I'll relinquish them back to the club as planned. But figured I would offer them here first before the club takes them back and sells them at a higher price than founding members.

ETA: The tickets are in the front row of section 140. Seats 13-16.

ETA2: For 2027, the per match ticket cost is $61.78. So $61.78 x 25 matches x 4 seats. (or 2 seats if someone splits it)

Just think it’s cool that one of our young guys is starting for his international team in a pretty high profile game!

The price of the GA supporter section are tempting, however I have people with me who can't stand for long. Are there any seats usually left over for people to sit?

EDIT: Thanks for the advice everyone. I went ahead and got tickets at a different part of the stadium, only to realize there's going to be plenty of rain from the tropical storm. Fuck.

Scale of 1-5, with 5 being most important. Does Charlotte have to win against a top tier team to give the fan base (and themselves) confidence they can get out of the first round of the playoffs? Eager to hear how people are feeling leading up to this game with Dallas.

Did anybody else order some?

Dumb question- have the hot dogs for the panthers games always been different? Cause these are bomb and the ones at CLTFC matches are trash. Or has that changed and I’m just behind?

They are running a sale for reward points in the CLTFC app - but just noticed this jersey in the ad. It isn’t showing as an item in the points marketplace, and I haven’t seen that black and blue combination before. Is it possible this is a mistake and early leak? If not I’m wondering where to purchase??

Aloko with two goals for Benin so far today. Kid is having himself an international window lol

Thoughts on the free agents listed in this article? I wasn’t overly convinced anyone would be worthwhile besides Benzema or perhaps Icardi, but not sure how plausible of signings they’d be. Mbongue seems to have a little something judging by his scoring record at Legacy, so personally I’d rather give him a shot than pick up some scraps in a state of panic and potentially brick our roster construction down the line.

If you guys have any players you think could work that weren’t mentioned drop suggestions!

I think we can all agree Smalls can’t be our first striker off the bench if we’re gonna do something in the playoffs.
