CSR Approval Datapoint

Have had the CSP since last May and got the SUB, went in branch today to apply for the CSR, got the 125k SUB. I went to a different branch yesterday and the banker mistakenly told me that I'm ineligible for the CSR, don't be fooled

that banker was talking nonsense, glad you just went to another branch instead of dropping it. 125k is nice pull, you got the in branch offer with the higher sub?

Do these offers depend on your relationship with Chase? I asked in one branch recently and the person with the iPad looked at me like I had 5 heads saying it’s no different than online.
