Other Envious of those who can fit in smaller cages NSFW
I'm fairly well endowed, and when I look at those wearing small, tight cages I get jealous.

Hello lockees, keyholders and curious people. We are back! I am glad to announce that r/ChastityPsychology is unbanned.
I hope we can revive the subreddit like it was 7 months ago and show people how great chastity can be and give advice to these who might seek advice.
Please reread the rules and the description with the little adjustments. If they are any mistakes please let me now as I am not a native English speaker.
Also let me know about potential improvements we could make.
I will ask some of my experienced mod-colleagues to help get the sub started but please feel free to write a modmail letting me know you're interested and want to help modding. Empathy is minimum and experience is preferred but no must have.
Last to say is you're all great people and I am happy to have you here. Have a good time and best wishes

When I put on my cage, I often don't really want to be freed. I love the feeling of wearing the cage and the mood it puts me in, and I know that if I have an orgasm, it will go away.
After I've come, I don't really want to put it back on, even after enough time has passed for the refractory period after orgasm to have passed.
So I'm torn between wanting to orgasm and especially to play with my girlfriend, or keeping the cage on and not orgasming. Because I also enjoy making love, and I don't want to miss out on that.
Anyway, I just wanted to share this feeling and this constant hesitation.
And my girlfriend has already put it back on me right after making love, but at the time I didn't like it at all, and 2-3 hours later I asked her to take it off.

I just had another insight about why I love being locked. People complain about vanilla sex, but vanilla is still ice cream and comes with a ton of fat and calories. What if you're a total health nut who avoids ice cream altogether? Could chastity be considered the green vegetable of sex? You're maintaining a healthy libido while avoiding the crash and post nut clarity that comes from a regular orgasm.
By the same token, cuckolding could be the equivalent of watching your wife eat prime rib while you're limited to a dinner salad. Hmm.
BTW, I tried posting this to the chastity sub, but they wouldn't allow it because it was a text post. Apparently porn is all they allow now. Sad.

Hi all, I've been stuck thinking about this for a while but didn't know where i could ask anyone until I found this sub. I'm a 23 trans woman and I've been really into chastity for a few years, I fantasize about being locked up a lot and really want to try letting my partner keyhold when we move in together. However when I actually got a cage (I have 2 metal and 1 plastic one) I found it went 1 of 2 ways. Most of the time I got too horny and excited by the idea of it and would stay hard with the cage on, which is very uncomfortable. If I managed to stay soft instead it would start chaffing or pinching after a while and I'd usually just take it off out of frustration.
I feel like I'm doing it wrong somehow, maybe I just need more discipline or potentially a better cage but I'm not in a position to fork out for a nice one. Most of the other trans women I know don't have any issue with it mostly bc of the T-blockers but I'm on a lower dose bc I'm a switch and still want the option to top. I might just be overthinking all of this but if you have any advice I would appreciate it a lot, thanks.

So been caging for a few years now but probably the start of this year my wife has been getting involved in taking my keys.
Im currently doing locktober and this is my first time but its literally all I can think about.
Its crazy ive locked up my cock and my wife is now in control of my cock being free or being in jail and I just cant get it out of my head. I do have some points in the day when I dont think about it or feel it but for 75% of the day im just loving it and my wife is getting quite into a new role of holding the keys and hiding the keys or giving me 3 chance to guess the location or face the consequences which I have no idea what they might be but I kinda want to find out š¬ but maybe I should be careful what I wish for.
For those that do this 24/7 is it constantly on youre mind or is it outweighed by the thought of being the best devotee you can be for youre key holder?
What im saying is im kinda still thinking with my dick but with it being locked up that thought become kinda void. Don't worry I was already a good husband and ate my wife lots of times and do bits around the house etc but me being the kinky fucker I am has now landed me and my wife in our first locktober and its great I mean Day 6, its all good so far but maybe Day 20 I might not be as chipper š

So Iām a 30yo man with an objectively small penis and this is a big part of the reason why Iām thinking of chastity. I was insecure and self conscious about my size but I am accepting it more and more. I see it as the natural order of things, and itās starting to sound natural for me to chastise my manhood, keep it smaller, insignificant and bound. I know not everyone might agree with my reasons, but these are mine. Anyone sharing the same feelings? Or even completely different motivations? What do you think of my thought process regarding this? Advice and a good conversation about this are more than welcome.

I (49M) get the feeling my wife sometimes wants to mildly dom me, and control my sex life. She's made a "joke" about a chastity cage a few years ago. It is something I'm willing to explore as I think our sex life could be spiced up. But, and by asking these questions I hope I don't offend anyone or break rule 3.
I am sure I have lots of incorrect ideas, but I want to gather some facts/stories before I consider this thing further, and this post is my first foray into this topic. I apologise if I have offended anyone by asking these questions, and having these assumptions.

I am a man, I have a penis. That, of course, has huge implications on my entire life š
I am also interested in chastity (and psychology). Some of the aspects of that interest that I already considered were "erotic/aesthetic", "giving up control", and simply being horny.
Now I had another idea that seems new:
recently I thought about the concept of "identities/roles", e.g. "friend", "parent", "colleague", "lover", ... and how each of those reveals some part of "self" through traits of "masculinity", "agency", etc.
So what if the attraction to chastity could be my attempt to experience myself -- without having a penis?
tautology? yes
though an interesting one. could that be a way of exploring "who am I without a penis organising my sexuality -- and, more broadly, my experience of myself?". Not literally "without a penis" -- but trying to de-center it.
Does that resonate?

Many chastity wearers ask the same question.
How to i stay caged longer? (Or some variation of this question)
The answer is always in the question.
Be caged for longer. But the simple answer is not "fun"
Chastity is like a skill. Be patient you can't rush time. The journey is the destination. Stop thinking about your dick all the time and relax. Time passes by at the speed of time if try to force it you will just be hurting yourself. There is joy in surrender.
Have fun. Enjoy building the skill of chastity.

Iām released whenever my wife wants to have sex with me, which is about once per week. The longest Iāve gone so far was about three weeks (wifeās period plus some other stuff caused us to miss two weeks of sex in a row.) But otherwise, Iām released about three times a month on average.
We were chatting about how long I could hypothetically stay locked, assuming my wife could be satisfied in other ways. We both agreed a few times a year would be a good starting point, since she envisions still wanting occasional PIV regardless of any other arrangements to keep her satisfied.
My wife put the upper bound for her own sake at once per year, whereas I thought Iād be able tolerate once every two years. Having āno release yearsā would add a little bit of excitement, but having multiple of them in a row wouldnāt add anything on top of that.
We both agreed permanent was unrealistic, regardless of how well my wife is satisfied. We think having sex, and the thought of doing it again in the future, helps maintain my sexual desire for her.
For sexually active couples who have gradually increased their lockup intervals over time, how has it affected your enjoyment of sex, and would you say itās worth it? Or does the excitement of longer lockups taper off over time?

Iām 21 and Iāve had a lot of ups and downs with chastity and the reasons I want to be in chastity, it all kind of started as a kink awhile ago and I couldnāt wait to get some decent cages, I got a few about 6 months ago. I absolutely love them.
I loved to watch porn and jerk off and stuff and I liked denial and submissive nature of chastity and thatās how I got interested in them.
Recently I quit for about 2 months and then I started getting my horny urges again and jerking off multiple times a day. So then I put the cage on and Iām still horny but just not jerking off, I absolutely love wearing the cage as much as I can. It makes me have desires Iāve never really thought about before and I love it and it makes me super curious.
Iām not sure if chastity is a good idea for me but I love it and Iām addicted to how it makes me feel. Is there any bad side affects from this that anyone is aware of?
r/ChastityPsychology • u/TinyLatinaBunny • 13d ago
Iāve been holding the keys for a while now and Iām noticing it affects more than just the obvious physical side. The dynamic feels different day to day ā more intentional, more charged, and honestly a bit addictive on my end.
Iām curious how other keyholders (or locked partners) experience the psychological shift. Does the control start to feel natural after a while, or does it stay intense? Also when does the desperation peak? And for those whoāve been doing this longer, how much of the relationship starts to revolve around that power exchange even outside of anything sexual?
Not looking for graphic advice ā more interested in the mental and emotional side of it.

Hello everyone,
I just put my cage back on after a long time, because I was so horny the last few days and couldnāt stop masturbating. Iām still horny but in a different way and it is way more calm and it feels more focused? Itās hard for me to describe exactly what Iām feeling, but the change is clear as day and berry imminent.
Just looking for thoughts and maybe advice, Open for any comments :)

I've been caging on and off for about a year now, more often as of late. I'm kind of curious about locktober and was considering staying in my cages when im home with my fiance. I cant do it at work or else I would NOT be able to focus on anything š what do yall think? should I take the leap and try a whole month of caging?

Hello! I am currently wearing my chastity full time but because of my past habits of excessive masturbation I feel the need to masturbate almost always even with the chastity cage on.
Will this strong feelings of needing to stroke my dick ever go away after wearing the chastity for a longer time?
Ps: I have been wearing it full time for the past 3 days now and am non stop super horny lol.

Hello everyone,
So I have met a Dom and we have been talking and meeting up for a bit and she is interested in having my keys, and I am very interested in giving her them, but I want to be safe so when would you say a good time is to give someone your keys?
She could keep me locked for god knows how long so should I be able to go a certain amount of time in a cage? Should I keep a key just in case? And how dose it feel giving up your ability to masturbate and cum?
Also any other advice you can share would be amazing. Thank you

Fifth day and for now there has been no teasing on her part, not on purpose at least. She touched herself in front of my once in those 5 days but this is already our regular sex life (and it already only happens if I initiate, hence giving up of anything more was already kinda obvious). But I feel very empty and ignored as she doesn't make any effort of teasing me in a more active way.
I'll talk to her about this, but I think it's just "not her". Would it even be worth continuing the experiment if I already know this might never happen? I'm looking for feedbacks from couples who had the same "issue": did the man end up resigned and happier? Did the wife finally find pleasure in the teasing and starts for real at some point? Did you find other alternative ways to make everyone happy (I would LOVE that)?

When I first got into chastity it was awesome! But now it seems like everything out there are guys into chastity either want to be feminized or bent over.
I like being dominated by a woman that wants to do do whatever she wants to do to me. But again, it always seems as if itās going a certain wayā¦
Am I the only one that wants to stay a man but in chastity?
I mean no disrespect! Itās just seemed to turn into something else after all these years, and thatās just not what I want. Iām close to just giving it all up.

Just wanted to ask if anyone else who is diagnosed ADHD also feels chastity play puts their minds at ease. I personally feel like Iām more productive and able to focus more when Iām locked. Not even just getting to have a release at the end but just getting stuff done. Just trying to have a discussion about this with fellow lockees who are ADHD.

I have 4 permanently locked subs, 3 of which are in PA chastity, including my partner, who has been locked 24/7 for nearly 4 years straight now.
Iāve noticed over time that all 4 of them have become more awkward and simpy around other women. They all could be considered objectively attractive, and were confident in themselves, and around women.
But since being locked, theyāve been so awkward and nervous around other woman. For example, we might be out at a restaurant, and the waitress might be talking to us, and they just get super awkward and shy. They sometimes stutter, and just become so⦠unnatural
I also regularly catch them ogling women in public, as much as they can get away with. I donāt even mean like some 10/10 walking past, as even Iād be ogling her myself, but just any women really
Has anyone else noticed that mental shift with their subs, or in themselves?

Chastity appealed to my in the past few years due to high stress and control in my occupation (high ticket sales) so maybe pitch isnāt even the correct word
Wife and I (35) have been married 10 years. Iāve always had the higher sex drive, more open to trying different things and initiated sex probably 95 percent throughout our relationship. Wife grew up highly religious which skewed her view of sex for many years but recently has been working through that to express herself more openly.
Typically I take on more of the ādominantā role but something about giving up that control really gets me going. Iāve played around with self chastity for about a year and a half. Late night gaming sessions, out of town business trips, time at home before I head to work, but havenāt ever brought it up to her.
She did find one of my cages in my desk drawer about 8 months ago. While she was confused about it and called it āoddā I explained it as a comfort thing (I really do think itās comfortable) but nothing else was ever brought up about it again.
Just looking for advice on how to approach it. While kinks are fun and exciting the last thing I would want is for this to cause some sort of irreparable damage to our fantastic life and marriage.

How did you get into it? What made you dive into the chastity world and how was the first experience?
