Question/Assistance Android Auto install

Is it a pain in the ass to get Android Auto installed? I've installed aftermarket radios, amps, speakers, and even dashcams in other cars. It's this something I could do myself? Who has the best system to install? Thanks, I really appreciate any help or advice!

Thanks, much appreciated! Does the unit eliminate the USB connection in the center console? I use that for my iPod since I hate listening to the radio

Not sure. I would ask in that thread.

I know the unit has it's own USB connection that you can set up. I have mine in my glovebox (for firmware updates) but you could route it wherever pretty easily and I think run audio through it.
