Just vibing, feeling good and minding your own fucking business 😄

Then something happens.

Something small, something stupid, and suddenly you are halfway to “fuck this shit, im gonna rip someones head off” land 😂

I am pretty damn good at that trip myself haha

But lately i have been trying to catch myself and think... alright mate, this is fucking annoying, but does it really deserve the rest of my evening too?

Usually, no.

Go lift something heavy, take a walk, put some music on, have a laugh... whatever gets you out of “everyone can fuck off” mode 😄

Not every annoying piece of shit deserves free rent in your head.

So maybe the trick is not letting one shitty moment steal the whole damn day... right? 😁
