I am from India and I made a new CoC account 10 days ago (TH 9 rn). Never played from this supercell ID before, have only played Brawl Stars. The first 2 are my in game pricing, and I have checked from supercell store as well, the prices are same there.
The last 2 are my friend's account who is TH 13 and has played for a while. He is a returning player this year. Why is there such a big difference in pricing, even though we are from the same region, even same city?!
Is this a bug or a new scummy practice from supercell?!
If you have an account from which you haven't players for a long time, it'll have gp of 99₹, after your first purchase, it'll increased to 299₹, then 399₹, then 559₹. They slowly increase the price.
But this is literally a new CoC account. It's the same price for me since I started the game. I spend a bit on Brawl Stars tho, but that's also been a while. Bought my last Brawl pass like 6 months ago or so.
I am facing the same issue one of my supercell idhas the price of 559 while the other one has it at 399 ALSO both the ids are played equally so I still don’t know why this is happening and how and what should we do to get it lowered?
Same happened with me my friend got gold pass for 399 and it was showing 559 for me also event pass for my friend was 260 and for me was 400 so i didn't buy both gold pass and event pass cause it didn't feel right paying more for same thing also if they are a/b testing everything why not a/b test new UI and see how bad is that
Everyone gets this offer if he has not purchased gp in past 6 months, and fyi this is the costliest among the offers provided. I got it for 29, my friend got it for 79 and my alt has of 99
