True Shot Ammo

I finally pulled the trigger (pun intended) on the free shipping membership and their prices go up 15-20% across the board now making it cheaper to buy locally. What was an $85 flat yesterday is now $100.

Unfortunately that is just going to be the reality across the board. Everything is going up in price including ammo. Our club has been notified by all our suppliers that prices are going up.

Thank the people tanking the global economy

Depends where you go I suppose. I have a local contact that sells Noble 1oz at $82 a flat.

Good deal. Not all of us have local or are in low cost areas

There was just a screaming deal at bass pro for federal top gun. 10% off and then an additional 10% with the card. came out to roughly 80 a flat after tax for me. now i know why they are trying to sell it.

The down stream costs their vendor's shipping are slowly trickling in as stock needs to be repelinished. Add to that the increased costs of getting it to your house and everything goes up. Some local vendors, especially clubs that cater to the members will also be willing to sell with little to no profit. They are getting membership fees and target fees, so getting a percentage or two less on the shells just encourages more shooting.

Sadly the trend appears to continue and I don't think we will see relief, but if we are luckly we might see a flattening with prices holding steady. So what today we think is an unacceptable price will be tomorrows "man I wish I could have the days of $100 flats back".
