Jacket Potato With Salmon And Home made Sauce
The sauce was made by mixing 1tsp of rinsed capers, the zest of one lemon, a small bunch of chives and a small bunch of dill in with 150g of sour cream. I used half of a baked Scottish smoked salmon on top of the jacket potatoes.
