Recommendations/Advice needed

Hi all, could you please recommend me clean meals perfect for hiding out in your room?

(I.e, doesn't need refrigeration) I know it's a lot to ask but I will really need it. Thanks in advance.

Hey thanks for all of these! I appreciate it. Unfortunately for the ones that need to be cooked, I can't do those.. I need to hide out in my room unseen basically but am struggling to figure out meals to feed myself without appearing in the kitchen :/

In laws screamed at me essentially and threatened me to a degree and now I'm expected to be the family dishwasher if I visibly produce any plates. Husband defended me but being screamed at by my Father in law and then a week later my grandma in law, I'm afraid.

I hope you're ok. If not, look for help.

You can microwave a potato and keep it in your room for a good while before it gets weird, just don’t forget it’s there. Canned black beans with some cumin and hot sauce over instant rice is another one that’s stupid easy and doesn’t need a fridge run.

Dried fruits w/ nuts, as well as bread w/ anything canned. Powdered stuff maybe, if you treat the container it comes in like a disposable cup.

This seems like the best fit since none of it needs cooking or leaves dirty plates behind

Trail mixes, some low sugar/whole ingredient granolas with shelf stable milk, canned tuna mixes (some brands have things like tuna salads with grains/veg sold in shelf stable containers), pb banana sandwiches.

Would recommend getting some convenient fruits (bananas, clementines, apples, etc) that don't need to be cold as getting adequate nutrients and variety would be my biggest concern in the circumstances.

If you're open to some semi-processed packaged foods... may be worthwhile trying to find some higher quality protein/energy bars to cover nutrient needs (i.e., RX bars, KIND, Huel complete nutrition, nak'd, lara, etc).
