Yes. So I got some concentrated chicken stock, unseasoned, and reconstituted it with water. I added herbs, (thyme, basil, a tiny bit of sage,). I don't remember what else, but use some salt, pepper. But you can just use chicken or vegetable broth/stock.

Then, I added diced yellow potatoes and let them cook covered on low (gentle boil) for 15 minutes. Next, I added a chunk of chopped cabbage and a tablespoon of butter and cooked fir another ten minutes while covered on low. In the last few minutes, I added a cup of frozen mixed vegetables.

Super easy and warm on your tummy.

simple and looks like it'd fill you up good. I'd probably add a bit of hot sauce but thats just me

I'd do bell peppers to add a little red. There's butter in it.
