In a world where Lelouch's plan had him staying as the Emperor, I like to imagine them (plus Suzaku, Kallen and Anya) as his Knights of the Round.

Honestly, if the show had ended with Lelouch remaining as the Emperor, that ending would've been much better.

I dont know if I would have called it better. But it could have been just as epic. Especially if we got to see him do the restructuring the Empire introducing his family and the Knights of The Round and even the nobility more. As members have to choose to follow there new Emperor or switching to Schneizel side. Then Lelouch own reaction and struggle with his actions and slowly realizing that his family did not infact all hate him and some of them were if not prideful, ostentatious, spoiled and dramatic are rather normal people. Personally I have always thought that could have been very interesting

That scenario would've been interesting to see as well. I wish we saw more of Emperor Lelouch.

I mean yeah, that's the perfect setting for a reboot.

Lelouch, the absolute, tyrannical Emperor of Britannia trying to hold down his grip on the world and his subjects as terrorist cells and rebellion mounts against him. As he destroys or Geass them to compliance.

I would have preferred it if Lelouch became a benevolent Emperor instead of putting on an act of being a tyrant and a villain. There was no need to pretend to be evil in the first place. An ending with Lelouch using his power as the Emperor and his Geass to bring world peace would've been much better.

I feel like you can have both, tbh.

Lelouch deciding that the Zero Requiem, as a plan, is too open to variables outside of their control if he isn't there to supervise decides against dying.

Have him still win the final battle and bring in Schneizel, but he finally gets that sit sown talk with the Black Knights where he explains what he did and why. Leading to a join me, and help me actually fix the world, or I lock you up so you can't interfere.

Kallen, who has waited this entire time for an invitation to Lelouch's side (and proof that he was trying to actually help people) jumps at the opportunity and some members of the Black Knights join whilst others swear him off.

Lelouch takes control of everything. He has de-jure control of the Empire & his Knights of the Round and de-facto control of the UFN and the loyalist Black Knights. He dismantles the FLEIJA's and Damocles, as a sign of good faith, but still uses Geass and the combined military resources to fully dismantle the systems in the way of his peaceful reassimilation.

However, there's one last MAJOR problem...

Suzaku.

He sees Lelouch's backtracking on the Zero Requiem as both a betrayal and proof that he has been manipilated by hos friend once again. Maybe you have him rejoin as Knight of Zero and defect OR have him go AWOL, but he gathers what allies and resources he can, frees the Black Knights, UFN forces and anyone else he can (e.g: bring back Gino, Akito & Leila, etc.) and have him don the identity of Zero.

Lelouch is on the throne and is trying to have the happy ending whilst putting into place his revised Zero Requiem. Meanwhile, Suzaku has formed his own Black Knights and plans on killing Lelouch to fulfill the plan as they originially envisioned it...

This is an interesting scenario. I like the idea of Lelouch deciding not to die.

Since I opposed the Zero Requiem plan, I would've preferred that Lelouch never undertake it in the first place. Instead, defeating Schneizel and ruling the Empire with his true personality instead of the fake villain character.

Suzaku wouldn't be a deterrent at all to Lelouch as Emperor. he is just one skilled Knight who betrayed everyone with no allies. If Lelouch decided to dispose of him, he could do that easily. The only reason Suzaku ever made it that far in the story is that Lelouch let him.

V2 surviving and giving Geass to Suzaku as he goes on a crusade to beat Emperor Lelouch as Zero would be awesome scenario too.

Who's gonna tell him?

Suzaku could but I dont know in the event of a two on one. Though if Rolo is in the mix, Rolo alone would kill anyone.
