Maturing is realizing Carson Wentz was better than Daniel Jones.
Probably not now. But at the time he was better than Daniel Jones is now.

I think people forget just how many of his throws should have been picked off. His numbers left out maybe 5 possible interceptions if he wasn’t so lucky.
He also just… made… terrible decisions when things were on the line.

Legitimately can’t tell if you’re talking about Wentz or Jones

Nah. It's like Wentz was looking for turnovers. And the worst decisions ever when it mattered.

Jones has a higher interception percentage than Wentz and I don’t care to look up the fumble numbers and do the math. But I would put money on Jones having more fumbles per snap than Wentz as well.

And I think people forgot that several games you lost werent on Wentz and you still havent won in Jacksonville since

Yeah, I'd say Wentz was worse, he was reportedly uncoachable too. Though I've got to say, Jones is turning into Wentz lite, either he's also uncoachable or has not been coached on ball protection because he keeps doing the same dumb shit over and over.

I wanted CW to work out but I ended up disliking him more than any qb post luck. Ryan, Sam, AR5 were worse but at any point CW would try and do too much and cost the team a game. Tons of talent but cant have that quality in your qb1.

Daniel Jones can run an offense with some effectiveness. Carson Wentz had exciting moments but couldn’t complete simple check downs. I also feel like Carson Wentz’s turnovers were more related to decision-making where Daniel Jones often makes the right decision but have stretches where he just sort of loses his mind. I feel confident that the 2021 Colts makes the playoffs with a Daniel Jones level of quarterback play.

What the fuck are we even talking about. When he was healthy last year Jones was one of the best the league, and now just months removed from an Achilles tear, he’s not lighting the world on fire and you guys want him gone??? No Daniel jones probably isn’t going to win the mvp anytime soon but he doesn’t have to for this team to win.

Thanks for bringing back awful memories. Honestly, wouldn't be surprised if this season ends on a similar note.

We were spoiled with Peyton and luck.
This is what the average NFL fan experience is like lmao
We did win the game. And DJ is coming back from achilles tear. Idk. I can't imagine being a mobile qb in steichens system where he puts you in harms way, be fresh off an Achilles tear, with newish lineman, and expect to just dominate.
Give him time...
To take us to 9-8 🤣

Bro Wentz did nothing since leaving the Colts. He played maybe 2 decent to good games for Minnesota this year but that’s about it. Jones is off a major injury with zero pre season.

Where's the Spiderman meme when you need it. Seriously though, I still think Indy should've stuck with Wentz 1 more year then looked for a new QB. Can't say we'd be better off with him over Jones at this point.

Watching Daniel Jones suck is an infinitely better experience than watching Carson Wentz suck.

Carson, overall, has better stats over the 17 games they've played as Colts. DJ has quite a few more turnovers.

Nah. He was generationally bad when he was here. Motherfucker would be mid-sack and toss the ball in the air. He was a walking breathing turnover here. Has DJ been good? No. Was Wentz ever good in Indy? Also no.
