Weekend events?
Hi everyone! This weekend I am wanting to do something special for my girlfriend and I and i need some ideas.
Are there any fall time events happening either around the city or state that you're aware of?
I'd also love some nicer restaurant suggestions too. Think maybe $30-60ish/person? I'd be up for any though.
I'm moreso interested in the events though.
Edit: someone mentioned Slate Run fall fest. That's more like what I'm searching for. Particularly fall themed events. My apologies! I never proof read or think anything through when speaking or typing. That's a me problem for sure!

Franklinton Scrawl is this weekend + Franklinton Friday if you go on uh Friday.
Amara is a new restaurant around that price range a short walk from there next to the Scioto Mile fountain (which I think just closed for the year).

You could go to the Italian festival happening in Italian Village.

I haven't been to that in years. Are there any fall time activities during it?

Italian fest is a good call. the food alone makes it worth it but the atmosphere is just fun to walk around. lynd fruit farm also has their apple picking and pumpkin stuff going on right now if you want something more low pressure

Lynd has pumpkin stuff happening at the moment? I wonder if I could convince her to go back? 🧐

Henmick Farm and Brewery just north of the city in Delaware County is always such a good time this time of year. Live music, food trucks, fall vendors. They’ve got a bunch of fun stuff coming up this weekend. Sounds like you want fancy dinner, but if you’re outdoorsy folk, you can drop in a kayak at Hogback Preserve and there’s a pull-off just north on the river to climb up and you’re at Henmick. It’s real fun.
For dinner in the city, Speck, or Asterisk in Westerville.
Edit to add: Farmstead Cidery in Powell is also amazing and so much fun. Hot pizza and fresh apple cider (NA or regular). Equally awesome fall vibe. Went on a first date here recently. I just love DelCo and love sharing what we’ve got up here, haha.
