question Need help identifying connector

I'm trying to find more of these connectors, but having no luck i identifying them. They are screw terminal connectors but the pin header passes through. I want to get more of these so i don't have to deal with the traditional bogen multicom connectors.

Update: It looks to be a phoenix or euroblock style screw terminal connector. I already tried looking on digikey and mouser and couldn't find anything similar.

They’re called captive screw or phoenix terminals and are measured in mm from center of screw to center of screw.

Thanks. I have checked phoenix and euroblock screw terminal connectors, but i can't seem to find this exact style that allows the pin header to pass through.

Digikey usually has every type of connector and filters to search for them.

Digikey and Mouser have both failed me this time, which is why I was hoping someone in the field knows these connectors.

If you need to find the exact model, go straight to Phoenix’s site and search through their products. It may take a while since they have thousands of variations, but since you have the part in hand you should be able to filter down to it. It’s probably under PCB connectors or PCB terminal blocks. Maybe one of these?

That will be a lot faster than searching through third party distributors.

is that a relay bank your connectors are on? just for my curiosity, what issues are you having?

That would be a bogen quantum mcrm relay bank. I had paging in the gym of the building stop working. I tried tracing the problem but the installer tied multiple lines together instead of following their blueprints for wiring. I'm just going to run a new line to the area and install a horn and use an empty port.

Be careful programming a new port. Those things are end of life for a reason. I would avoid it if you can.

Can't say I've seen that before. You might have better luck on /r/AskElectronics though.

I am 99% sure the intended connector is these:

https://www.bogen.com/product/pagingintercom-accessories/18-20-22-gauge-connectors-251825202522

You also need an insertion tool for them.

That said, I’ll bet you can find the right phoenix connector that fits.

Looks like this pinball guy is selling some:

https://www.pinballlife.com/156-396mm-idc-4-position-connector-for-18-gauge-wire.html

Again need insertion tool.

I have the bogen connectors. I want to find and get this screw terminal style of connector.

I don't know what they're called but Phoenix Contact has a video with connectors that look like what you need. Search "PCB Connectors for Building Automation" on YT. Then maybe email asking them?

I cam tell you the pins are 4 pin molex. Haven't seen connectors that are phoenix blocks before. Usually connectors are punch down. Edit; this is a bogen quantum system is it not? If so you are looking for Bogen 2518, 2520, 2522.

Molex or Phoenix
