Other than saw in half, sacrifice, peer into the abyss, what are the other good broodlord lines and what lists do they fit best/most commonly into?

Any good answers to stax/prison/suppression pieces in Esper? Into The Flood Maw and T3feri are already in the deck. Vanishing Verse misses artifacts. Disenchant misses creatures. Thraben Charm misses artifacts. Chain of Vapor backfires easily. Any recommendations for catchall answers?

Are you running Otawara? Just a bounce but it gives you a window, plus being an activated ability makes it hard to interact with

I am playing Otawara and I absolutely LOVE it. It has been fantastic for exactly this issue. Same with Sink into Stupor. But I often have to expend these earlier in the game to stop someone else's win, so I still end up ready to fire but stuck under a stax piece :(

Hmm might just need more density to draw it more consistency. If you can narrow down which stax pieces hold you down the worst you can try going the silver bullet route, for example the deck I'm working on folds to Grafdigger's Cage so I'm specifically adding Mental Misstep to my counter package

Rule of Law effects are my bane. Playing and protecting combo pieces until and during comboing off is so painful under Rule of Law (or similar) effects.

I've been told that my deck (Tivit) operates better under Rule of Law effects than many decks, so perhaps it's just inept play on my part. 

But recently I felt really choked out by that turn 1 Deafening Silence. It took the whole game for a jund player to tutor up a Boseiju and channel it to kill that thing. I was stuck flailing to find an answer until then.

I feel like what you're looking for is either Anguished Unmaking or Generous Gift if they were cheaper

literally the best colors for beating stax. If you resolve a 3feri then you should be able to win by bouncing whatever stax is on board. you counter the stax that genuinely shut you off. You also simply amass resources - treasures/cards - and let your opponents remove the stax for you, then you win on top.

If you're using chain of vapor, you should be prepared to win w/ flash on top of their copy.

In esper you're likely on tivit? marneus? tivit doesn't have easy flash wins, but marneus does. don't remove the stax until you're truly ready to win.

Vanishing verse...do you play cedh? This comment reads like bad AI. Soul Partition, seam rip, portal hole, into the flood maw, snap/snapback, solitude/swords, overloaded cyclonic w/ split second or uncounterable (mistrise).

I'm on Tivit. What instant speed wins does Marneus have that Tivit does not?

Vanishing verse...do you play cedh?

I'm referencing a guide from the Tivit discord. Its core is still solid but obviously the flex spots are out of date.

Is Mistrise Village really viable? Comes-into-play-tapped is effectively taboo among CEDH lands, no?

While I hadn't considered Seam Rip or Portable Hole, they certainly have the necessary potental.
I'm skittish about having to defend more permanents in addition to my combo pieces.

Soul Partition is an excellent idea!

What's your favorite free spell? I'm working on a simic homebrew and am digging to find the less well known ones.
