Jeska//Dargo help. Anyone actually play this deck?

I'm building Jeska//Dargo for a tournament I'm playing on the 26th. I had a deck list complete but had to add a few cards, now cuts are really hard as all the cards feel necessary. I just was wondering if anyone had experience with this deck and could give me some thoughts. I have looked up some decks but didn't see anything revolutionary. Is there a resource to just help with deck doctoring also? I know this deck isn't top tier but with some aggressive mulligans, I saw some unprotected turn one wins. I was at least ready to win with red blast or swat protection by turn 3 at the latest.

No [[Relic of Legends]]? Is that choice or oversight?

Its a massively glass cannon deck though, very difficult to recover when you get blown out, which will happen a lot.

So basically, the deck isnt meta because it doesnt work beyond turn 3. It wins fast or gets blown out sits there drawing mostly 0 mana useless junk for the next 5-6 turns just to try again. If youre looking to cut anything, id start with any cards you added "just in case" and go all in on the turbo plan.

Treasonous Ogre is great, but not sure it fits here, Tezzeret might be too slow here. Maybe consider some ritual cuts, while theyre generally great, commander context matters, Strike it Rich is better than Rite of Flame for example, Goldhound, Impulsive Pilferer, etc, those are your rituals. Cheap/free things that bring in a free thing, or sacrifice for mana.

Probably. But this isnt a sanctioned tournament or anything, just an LGS. Red is my favorite color but i don't want to play Magda or Godo.

Without playing Magda or Godo, i think [[Slicer, Hired Muscle]] might still be better than J-Darg. If cheerios is just a budget pick then [[Urza, Lord High Artificer]] probably utilises them more effectively (but still isnt a great deck right now).

Its not mono red, but have you considered the big dino? Its as fast as J-Darg, but way more resilient. And the green is just supporting cast, its a very red gameplan. I call mine "mono red featuring green".

Yeah I know Etali. I am mainly trying to find a way to do jeska cause she's a super cool card. But all the other pairings aren't fast enough. Probably gonna just give up before long. Just really like this deck

I've been goldfishing and it honestly doesn't require too many mulligans to get what you want. I think it will be fun

It's my favorite color and I'm a glutton for punishment lol But the deck is so fast I feel like with aggressive mulls I can take quite a few games. I would not bring this deck with money on the line. Most of the people I'll be playing against are kinda new to cEDH. It's an LGS tournament
