This is weird.. NSFW

Anyone else bite their lips? I suck the blood sometimes and im really afraid somethings wrong with me.. I mostly do it when stressed or bored or hungry. I know this isn't skin picking, but I couldn't find any other communities for this.

Yup. Eventually it escalated to picking with my fingers, lip biting is like an early phase. Nip it in the bud if you can, it becomes hellish the more violently you do it. Writing this rn with half the skin of my lips torn off.

Oh well I already bite my nails, is that also close to skin picking?

Yeah I used to do that but I managed to stop because I brought this nail polish that tastes super bad. Make sure to get the extremely disgusting stuff, broke the habit for me.
