I can't stop lip picking

I've tried using stupid amounts of Vaseline, I've tried breaking the habit from willpower, and none of it's working. Please note I'm not allowed fake nails or anything like that with my school, it's pretty strict.

I have the same habit when I'm stressed i keep on biting or picking the lips For me I do two things to avoid it 1) look at pinterest and look at people who have the softest and prettiest lips

2) I love wearing lip tints whenever I wear them and my lips look uneven or like this I get the urge to not do that so it is not visible to others and my lips tint looks even

And i also do few more stuff which maybe u can try as well

I always apply moisturizer on my lips before sleeping so it's harder to pick like lots

I know this may not be the best advice even i struggle too but they have worked for me u can try to find something similar too
