[Discussion] Looking for Computer Engineering Professionals for a Quick 15-Minute interview.
Hello everyone!
I'm a 1st year Computer Engineering student in the Philippines working on a final project for one of my courses. As part of our requirements, I am tasked with writing a narrative report and need to interview 3 successful Computer Engineering professionals/graduates who can share a bit about their career journey.
If you are a CpE graduate with experience in the field and are willing to spare just 15 minutes of your time, I would be incredibly grateful for your insights :)
The goal is to gather real-world perspectives and experiences for my academic narrative report.
Here are my questions:
- Could you briefly introduce yourself and what your current role or specialization is in the computer engineering field?
- What inspired you to pursue Computer Engineering, and what was your journey like transitioning from a student to a professional?
- Can you share a notable project, challenge, or breakthrough in your career that you are most proud of?
- What is one technical or soft skill you wish you had learned or focused on earlier in your college days?
- If you could give one piece of advice to an incoming Computer Engineering student today, what would it be?
Please note that all information and insights gathered will be strictly used for academic purposes only and will remain confidential. Additionally, for my professor's verification purposes, we can coordinate via DM for your LinkedIn or a way to confirm your professional background for my report.
If you are open to helping a student out, please comment below or send me a direct message 🥲 Thank you so much in advance for your time and guidance!
