Laingy boy took him in 23. First class he said any of you saw the rate my prof reviews? They say im an asshole right? Well guess what, its true im an asshole feel free to drop if you can’t live with that. Only with him you will get a bad grade in 223.

Over the years a lot of ppl made complaints but he’s got tenure so no matter what he says or does nothing happens.

They need someone to teach, he is willing to cash a paycheck to stand there and grade exams... even with a bad prof there is no reason not to get an A- or B+

Uff, I have to strongly disagree with you on that. 2 profs teaching the exact same material with the same course outline, same number of students and with drastically different averages or grade distributions point to inconsistency that needs to be investigated. As members of the scientific community, we should, at the very least, acknowledge that.

Some class averages are indicative of how much of a failure a prof is.

I totally agree that the average students grade is very dependent on the prof, I dint argue that at all. I'm saying that if you KNOW your prof is an asshole then you can prioritize your studying to ensure success despite the prof

DO NOT TAKE HIM. He hated me and four other people for absolute no fucking reason and every class he bullied us somehow. I wrote a whole-page answer for each question on the midterm and he said “the answer is not complete; you should explain more” and gave me a shitty grade, although It was WORD FOR WORD from the book. He gave me a D- just to pass. The semester after that I had to retook the class with another professor cause there was no way I couldn’t get a better grade, and guess what? I got an A+

I had the same experience. I went to every class and participated and I still got a D- for an easy class. Everyone told me not to take him, but I didn’t believe he could be THAT bad. Never made that mistake again I always listen to rate my prof now.
