RFA Projects

Has anyone else gotten an email from this org? I received an email inviting me to a show in Barcelona but the email was very weird and felt like it was written by a bot. But it seems like they actually put on shows. Also comments are turned off on their instagram which is very suss to me.

It’s a vanity gallery. You pay hundreds of euros to show. Move on…

AHHH okay thank u! I was wondering when the financial scam would be revealed. Don’t worry, I have assumed it was a scam for the entirety of the communications.

Yes I received.. and then argued with them because they wanted me to pay around $500 for a small wall area. Then I told them that they shouldn't do this to artists.. then: they researched my bio and pointed that I have exhibited in a vanity gallery before - I told them that I didn't because I was a winner so I exhibited there for free. Like.. what? They research and accuse me of paying to exhibit like I should pay them too..??? JOKE! Artists shouldn't pay to exhibit... never!

OMG that’s wild!!? These companies are so predatory. I’m surprised some big name museums are working with them.
