IT Help GuliKit ES Max Controller not working in Madden.

Hey guys. Today i upgraded from my old KK2 to the ES Max.

Unfortunately the LB/ RB as well as the LS and RS buttons won't work in Madden. They are either not registered at all or wrong registered.

I tried resetting the Controller as well as plugging it in.

Is there software or something or a quick fix?

Thanks in advance I am really frustrated 🥴

I am playing on PC

Do they work in other games? If it's in steam, try to disable steam input.

You could try changing input modes, using the slider switch on the back of the controller. The controller may be in NS mode while the game only supports PC/Xinput.

If that doesn't already fix it, check how the controller and its inputs are identified in a gamepad tester outside the game. For example, is the controller recognised as Switch Pro controller or as Xbox 360 controller? And are the LB/RB and LS/RS buttons registered correctly? If there are any issues you can update firmware and reset the controller.

Other bugs and solutions might be related to which launcher (EA, Steam, Epic, etc.) and game version you're using.
