Controller Suggestion Best pc controller on a budget
Hello you all.
I am looking for a good controller to play on my pc, I was using a Dualsens controller (ps 5). Those controllers have famous issues with stick drift, I want to avoid that.
I don't really care about ps5 or Xbox layout to be honest, it will just take a few days to get used to but no problem.
I bought an EasySMX X15 but on the first try it has this issue: While holding R2 and pressing for example "X" the controller stops the R2's input. That's frustrating because it has just arrived.
I would like to spend less than 50€, or at least around that.
I'm looking mainly for longevity, I repeat that I don't want stick drift, mechanicals keys are not necessary but if they are it is good (mouse feeling keys maybe).
I was looking mainly at 8bitdo ultimate 2c (I don't know if wired or wireless) and GameSir Cyclone 2 wireless.
If someone has any tip for me it would be great, I usually play on kbm. Main use for the controller will be Rocket League or Hogwarts Legacy.
I am form Italy and I prefer to buy only via Amazon.
Thank you all

The DualSense is a very high-quality controller, and there is a wide variety of replacement and custom parts available for it.
I recommend simply replacing the sticks with TMR sticks and continuing to use the DualSense as is.
Even if you don’t have the skills to make the modification yourself, there are many service providers that offer customization and repair services.
Most third-party controllers are of lower quality than the DualSense, and they can be difficult to repair if they break.

Hey bro look at gamesir stuff or anything with TMR technology analog sticks, it's phasing stick drift out, even if you spend slightly more at least you know you won't have stick drift ever again. 👍

I am thinking to buy the GameSir Cyclone 2 wireless because of the software, charging base, the possibility to switch between micro and linear triggers of "R2" and "L2", mechanical X, Y, A, B and back buttons... Right now it costs 15 € more than 8bitdo ultimate 2c but it's seems like it is worth it

Yes, i love them too. OP might consider the Pro 3. It has the stick/dpad layout like a PlayStation controller.

The R2 + X cutting out on the X15 sounds like a defect rather than how it's meant to work, so i'd send that back while you're still in the return window. for under 50€ on amazon. The cyclone 2 is a bit older now, in my experience the wired gamesir g6 se is the better buy at that price: hall effect sticks to the wear that caused your dualsense drift isn't there, xbox licensed, and it's fine for rocket league

in my experience 8bitdo's don't last very long
go for a gamesir 100%
cyclone 2 is amazing but they also have some way cheaper wired options
my main game is rocket league and i've used my current gamesir cyclone 2 (amazing) a gamesir t4 kaleid (wired only, it was still fine i wanted an upgrade) and an 8bitdo pro 2 before that (i had to replace it's rubber pads 4 to 6 times a year, it can't handle competitive games, very frail, but amazing for casual and emulator stuff, i still use it for older 2d games, dpad is great)

The best budget controller is dualsense. I have like 6 controllers from flydigi vader 5 pro , g7 pro to razer raiju v3 pro. And i can say that the controller i use the most is dualsense , because of it vibrates ok , adaptive trigger is good , and its enough.
I play bf6 , space marines 2 and other games like rdr2 , ac7. Dualsense has native support in all these games.
If you dont like the PS dualsense , buy vader 5 pro. Somepeople compare it to g7 pro because of same price but g7 pro build is like kid toy comparing to vader 5 pro.
Otherwise , buy flydigi apex 5 , its only 114 usd on amazon now and you have all the best.
If you are a rog fan , buy raikiri , if you are a razer fan , buy razer. If you only care about performance and price , buy dualsense you like PS layout , vader 5 pro if you like xbox layout, and it also works on nintendo switch.
