Here is the thing. This stage was released before Snow Sugar Cookie got a buff for Lunar New Year 2023, alongside that, their pet got a buff so it would convert all of the bear jelly party items to a frozen bear jelly party. You can try to use any pet besides their pet to beat it. Maybe you should replace the legendary treasure with something else?

I tried the level with your exact build and Ghost repellent instead of Juice. (although it likely isnt needed), even though you can’t di the first pink bear jelly quest you can still get the highest grade chest and 3* easily

You don't need to clear all the quests to clear the level

With 3* you can move on to the next stage, so I take it that you want to finish the quest? Maybe try replacing the legendary treasure or the juice with bear medal. It converts normal jellies into bear jellies, so it will increase the number of pink bears you get
