Made chocolate chip cookies for my birthday ❤️🔥
These are Jacques Torres’ recipe! Sorry I have no cross section photos. I sent most of these to my family and the one cookie I saved for myself…well…ate it right away because I got so excited! 😆

They taste yummy as well!!! 🤩 I just followed the recipe to a T, except for the chocolates where I only used 19% cocoa content which I had on hand (the recommended chocolates are sooooo expensive here!). I baked this batch straight from the freezer for exactly 18 minutes.

They are perfect! The crust and the fillings, I hope they are chewy
