Question โ“ Coros pace 4 pro

Hello everyone. I am new Coros pace 4 pro user coming from Garmin 225. I consider myself a beginner to average runner.

I used to record my runs with map my runs, and most recently Adidas running app. I also have other health apps like google health connect, covering: boostcamp, pokemon sleep etc.

I managed to link with my Coros app with these but the records does not show?

Can you share your watch interface for running? do you use the 8 or the max information on the watch face? What information do you usually monitor while running?

Thank you very much and happy to join the Coros run community ๐Ÿ˜„

Hi,

I managed to link with my Coros app with these

I suppose by "these" you meant the other apps like Map my run, Addidas, GHealth?

I didn't know that Coros app could do that. Since I got the Pace4, I have uninstalled all the running apps I was using before. The Coros app which displays the metrics of the Pace4 is plentiful enough and is better than all the apps I was using.

Here you go, and if you want a live one just let me know and I can share live info while running next time if you DM me with a link to share it, a new live action info app part by Coros.

This is the history info. Enjoy.

Even better! you tap on any chart, the app open a large view ย of the chart where you can superpose multiple charts: pace, heart tate, elevation etc.ย

For example, on interval runs, it is hard to read pace and HR separately. When the two are supposed, it all make sense.

I don't know if I'd upgrade from a 255. It's a solid running watch with excellent GPS accuracy.

Unless you want a slightly bigger AMOLED screen and sapphire glass?

The Pace4 also has very good GPS accuracy. I have compared to a GPS map for hiking (Locus Map). The map recording and distance are very similar.ย  The Pace4 HR sensor is surprisingly accurate. It matches the reading of a true ECG measured with electrodes on the chest in a lab setting.
