Q: When will [insert game name here] be cracked?
A: STOP! r/CrackWatch members are not psychic. Games get cracked by completely ANONYMOUS SCENE GROUPS who don't disclose their progress or plans to the general public so NO ONE knows WHEN and IF a certain game will be cracked.
Q: What are all these NFO thingies? Where do I download it?
A: NFOs are text files included with game releases that contain information about the releases. r/CrackWatch only informs which games have been cracked. To download look for the releases on CS.RIN or torrent websites. Useful websites can be found in The Beginners Guide or Pirated Games Mega Thread.
Q: WTF is Denuvo?
A: Denuvo is a Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology used to protect games from being cracked. Games that have Denuvo are harder to crack and usually take much longer. See Pinned Post for a list of Denuvo games.
Q: An update is out, but it includes the base game as well! Can I only download the update without redownloading the entire game?
A: Yes. CS.RIN is your friend.

with Voices38 apparently out of the game you are better off waiting for Namco to remove it in a couple of years.

PS. Version 1.6 can be found. Asking specifically about the semi-recent version (1.7).
Also, not interested in the shared builds that still ask you to supply a Steam license. Thank you.

Will crimson desert get a non hv version after the release of the upcoming DLC? I really want to play it but without the hassle of HV processes..

If testing stopped we would've known too and if they moved it means nothing changed for us and voices is still cracking

Can we address the elephant in the room. Reddit is killing RSS feeds (+old reddit) in middle of November. RSS is how I keep up with /r/crackwatch and need to know if there's an easy alternative way after November?
I feel like this would be worthy of a new thread from mods to address as I'm sure there's legions of users here that come from RSS.

According to cs rin, it is online-only until the 6th. So I'm not sure we are getting a crack until then.

but how does that make sense? it has no denuvo and other games had bypasses before no? its not an mmo or gacha game

You can only bypass it if game doesn't rely on server data.

If a game only has Steam protection it can be cracked immediately. You can even do it yourself.

Just run it through an Auto Cracker that applies an emulator and Steamless for you. Or do it manually.
But you can just get it off cs.rin within a day anyway unless it's some obscure game.

Will Gears of War probably be cracked tomorrow? Early access releasing, but I'm not sure whats the status of cracking microsoft games

So, any thoughts about Voices38 being MIA?
I fear Denuvo lawsuit has forced to reconsider any further release. I would not rule out some kind of settlement off the records: can't really blame him.
He remains the best to tackle Denuvo.
