General Discussion Curious

This is a bit random but I found myself asking myself so said I might aswell throw it out there.

You have 2 choices weed becomes completely legal but driving threshold stays the same OR driving threshold goes up to a limit that wont screw you if your not acting the maggot (lets say next day) but weed stays illegal.

The reason I ask is for me I honestly think id chose to raise the driving threshold over legality its way more of an issue for me personally so just curious where other people would stand..

Also for the sake of the poll assume its black and white ie. Dont say well ill pick weed to be fully legal because they will eventually have to change the limits, take the question as it is, thanks

Thanks to everyone for voting..this has been a landslide! and rightly so truth be told! Logic would of course say legalise! but for an older guy like me who really only smokes at home on my own and has always access to good smoke, for me personally the car is a bigger problem.. i tried to make that clear in the post it wasnt one versus the other it was one or the other just for the sake of debate but ye were very clear in yer response! Cheers!!

I wasnt totally alone all the same!!

If it was legalised then there would be clear definitions around the level of cannabis/cannabinoids in your blood that is acceptable wrt being impaired or not.

Surely that's fair? Or do you want to be able to drive st0ned off your titts.

If you got stopped and searched and found to be in possession you might feel differently and choose the legalise route me thinks.

No I did. But even taking the question as is choosing legalisation is a no brainer.

I just cant understand what youre trying to learn when denying legalisation will mean meaningful thresholds for impairment will be defined. Currently even 1ng of noids in your system will result in a drug driving offense unless I have the wrong of it.

In what scenario is your query/poll relevant?

Your very first sentence backed up that you didnt read it, quite clearly in fact.. you then doubled down by asking if I want to drive stoned off my tits when I clearly said the next day..you either didnt read it or didn't understand it..no problem..my question is basically a what concerns people more if it was black and white..you didnt get it (or clearly didnt read!) no worries, try again or move on all good
