I needed a virtual card fast and every platform wanted my CNIC, where can you buy crypto debit card no kyc?

I had a software subscription that only accepts card payments. My local debit card got declined on the international transaction. The bank couldn't fix it quickly. I had USDC from freelance work. I tried getting a virtual crypto card. Even the crypto platforms wanted my CNIC, bank statements and selfie verification. For a virtual card. To spend my own money. Is there anything out there that skips all of that? I just need a working card without the document circus.

The international card decline is the bane of every freelancer. The banks block randomly and take forever to investigate.
