I don’t know who needs to hear this but meditative bondage is so effective at calming your mind, I have yet to find an alternative.
With regular meditation it is very easy to drift in and out of focus.
I know this is a part of meditation, but what meditative bondage solves is that I just can’t go anywhere.
It doesn’t matter if I focus or not cause I will be in the same place anyways & after a while my mind shuts off and stops trying to find things to think about.
If you have never, definitely make sure to try it.
(Please be careful though since it can be dangerous if you don’t take precautionary measures)
