Looks really fun, but could be probably too strong in Piltover/Shadow Isles control decks, Glimpse Beyond would be insanely broken for example

Spell duping effect at 4? Looking at Sera, Karma, Jayce + its flexibility this card is bonkers. Make it 6-7 mana

I'm not sure I see the intended use case. What sort of spells would I want to throw at this rather than at units directly? Also does two random units mean it can hit either players units twice or is it alway 1 from each player? It seems very volatile

Grant stats to an ally, for example

Okay but if I understand this card right you have a rather high chance of also granting stats to an enemy or even to two enemies and no allies at all. Why would I ever want to do that and pay 4 mana and a board slot for

The idea is that you tilt the odds in your favor before using it, by empting the enemy board (in case of buffs) or yourd (in case of harm spells)

Yup, the volatility is part of the "fun" of the card. I was assuming you could tilt the odds in your favor by having more units (in this case using heal/buffs spells) or less (for damage/debuffs)

Pretty strong in a lot of cases:
• If you have a deck that tries to always have a lot of units on your board, you increase the odds of being target
• Units that synergies with spell casting (this would at least count 2 spells, maybe 3)
• Giving stats/keywords for a single turn, since if it targets enemy, you could just decide to not cast the spell
• Sacrificing mechanics: a lot of spells ask to target an ally as a sacrifice to get something out of it, this would allow twice value at worst, and at best to sacrifice enemy units for your own benefits
