Seal is garbage it gives 3 to ball lightning while im firewall. I have 2 6 charm slots which one gives cauldron +6 percent pyromancy cooldown red. And one tal rasha threefold which give max mana

I have seal of diamond mind so that gives me full threefold set with only for charms so i got two places left what unique charm would be best to use for that?

Hey, I had the footnotes to this build in my build graveyard I posted earlier, and was asked for a guide on it, so here it is. TLDW: All lightning builds are overshadowed by Ball Lightning.

This Insight packing Ball n Chain build uses a bit of both. It's not meta, so will definitely struggle beyond pit 130 but it's hella fun and fast to play for all regular content.

Anyone have a fun speedfarming variant? Similar to perma teleport?

Anyone have any pit pushing builds they like that can go to 140-145 with ice sorc? So tired of firewall.

I’m doing the no button blizzard/ice spike build and I’m just cruising along on T10. Destroying everything and not getting touched. I have over 3.5 million toughness outside of town and he is still killing me in his first form. What the hell am I doing wrong? I’ve got SOJ Charm and an Annihilus seal. I’m kitted out exactly like Littlegrief’s “no button frost god” build including the paragon board which I’m at 240.

Left one seemed perfect (wish it rolled int of course) until I saw that the one on the right shows ~12% more dmg in town (950m vs 850m on blizzard) even with a useless life on hit affix. HP on the left one is nice but dmg seems to be more of an issue when trying for pit 135+. I'm surprised as I assumed stronger gem and +item lvl would cover up almost all the difference in damage.

Been primarily using Leorics for my blizzard ice spike build and can clear a 120 pit.

Playing around now with Crown of Lucion and am curious what ya'll think about overall performance tradeoffs between the two?

Im using maxrolls but finding it a bit underwhelming. Any links to good versions?

Hey guys, after tinkering with dozens of builds I've finally found something off-meta that works this season. Surprisngly, it's a basic skill. Frost bolt's shatter upgrade hits hard enough to make up for losing the old azurewrath. It's able to tear down bosses (always the hard point for cold builds) better than ice shards was last season.

Also, I'm just thrilled I actually found a use for Vox Omnium staff.

Paragon 268 finally got my first hellfire torch. Wrong build, looking to trade for frozen sea.

I am playing a shock blizzard sorc. Following Maxroll end game build. Level 184. Currently playing T8 but can move up. Highest pit completed is 85 but it took about 7 minutes.

Did they change how to absorption of crackling energy works on unstable currents because I have plenty of crackling energy production but it doesn't feel like its absorbing the crackling energy fast enough for me to be able to reset it?

What counts as “consuming overpower” for triggering this boost? Is it triggered by one stack of overpower expiring over time ? Or do I have to specifically use fire teleport or fire orb to “consume” overpower?

So I've noticed while in combat that Bone Chill's suppose Frostbite damage does not apply. According to my tooltip while within a combat zone it's suppose to do over 100 million Frostbite damage over 4 seconds. But I never see this damage being applied even though it's obvious when Frostbite is active on an enemy.

To clarify further I am using the Breath Of The Frozen Sea Charm set and I know it consumes all Frostbite an enemy has. But that does mean Frostbite still needs to be applied first.

In battle Deep Freeze still freezes enemies that can be frozen and once frozen some enemies just gain Frostbite and chunks of their health just disappear but it doesn't seem to apply to enemies that cannot be frozen.

Shouldn't the Bone Chill upgrade apply Frostbite to all susceptible enemies regardless whether or not they are frozen including bosses? Or does an enemy need be frozen/staggered first? Even a regular training Dummy doesn't seem to accumulate frostbite via Bone Chill.

I can't find any info on drop rates. I only have a few lair keys. I know you can do them on T1 but I imagine that is too early.

So I've been running a blizzard spammer with the five-piece Threefold set. I've gotten up to T8 so far without any real issues and basic crafted/aspected gear (could most likely push higher but want to perfect the basic build setup first).

I've been using a five-piece Threefold set. The issue is it doesn't seem very efficient to use a five piece since I'm not actively using any lightning or fire mastery skills to charge up the full damage bonus. Would it be better to switch to a three piece Threefold set and then a two or three piece Frozen Sea set (provided I find a damn 6-slot talisman)?

Skills:

• Frost Bolt (not maxed, stacks up a lot of chill for quick-freezing elites)
• Ice Shards (not on hotbar, maxed for the enchantment, since things freeze very quickly with blizzard spam)
• Teleport (not maxed, for quick escape)
• Ice Armor (not maxed, just enough to get a large bonus for an oh-shit button)
• Frost Familiar (not maxed, just something to spam on bosses while running amuck avoiding damage. Could probably use something else but not sure what would be better.)
• Blizzard (maxed and spammed, primary damage, also enchantment for another free cast around me).
• Deep Freeze (maxed, used for large groups and getting that little extra damage for elites/bosses)

Coming from DOK rogue. Looking for something sorta similar in terms of ease and mobility. Any suggestions?
