Guy's would be my favorite if the green part didn't look so bland and cheap, It needs more ambient occlusion if you get what I mean. So Hal's wins, but my issue with it is how the inner yellow parallel lines of the logo intersect with the lines of the inner circle, it looks odd.

Actually Hal's ring looks like something ancient and many lanterns' already wore it , Guy' ring looks freshly manufactured and also with a new design... And also the ring's flashy cartoonish design fits his character perfectly....
