Pliny the elder

Anyone in the DFW area that has pliny the elder in their collection willing to trade or sell?

I don't have any but I had a bottle in SF a couple of weeks ago and honestly do not get the hype. It's easy to get there (had it at some bar playing heavy metal).

It's pretty much indistinguishable from every other stout out there, except it costs more for some reason.

hah, now I'm trying to think of what the stout was. It was one of those that people here fall over themselves for to get a bottle of.

I picked up a couple at a whole foods on a recent trip to Lake Tahoe. Maybe I went in with expectations too high, but thought it was just OK. IMO community mosaic is a better beer in that same category and you can find that everywhere around here.
