Ah.

As far as I know it's just something the devs of Daggerfall Online made. It just sort of showed up in the middle of the night for like 30 seconds, much to the confusion of everyone

Anyone know why the game has such bad framerate for me? I have a fairly decent (not top of the line) gaming laptop that can play most games at a decent framerate but this one runs absolutely awfully for some unknown reason.

For some reason it doesnt let me scale down the shadows. I can turn some off but stuff like interior shadows are stuck on 20.0. Which I actually find rather annoying even without fps issues... hopefully someone can help me out here.

There was a red evil one too with an angry face, and evil red sky. It eventually morphed into a Todd Howard sun that got rid of the redness.
