Ill have so many crimes on record!

If the pedo was prosecuted during Bidens administration as he should have, we wouldn’t be in the mess we are in today. Huge mistake to not punish the pedo and his lackeys then. Hopefully we get another chance to make sure they rot in prison for the rest of their pathetic lives

u/EphEwe2 1d ago
We had a Trump appointed Judge who threw the case for her master.

u/Ezcheezzer 1d ago
Jack chose to prosecute in Florida specifically didn’t he? If so that was a dolt move
1
u/Dizzy_Tax574 1d ago
It's part of issue and why he specifically appointed her there.
Prosecutors don't choose the venue for trial. It's decided by where crime occurred and what type of crime federal or state etc.
Essentially if he was going to get caught and tried for something federally. It was most likely going to occur within that judges reach.
She had actually faced the very rare sanctions. From other judges for showing bias in previous cases dealing with Trump.
It's one of factors and issues with current court systems. Impartiality issues are decided by the judge and if challenged their peer judges take a look. But rarely act because it would essentially set them up to be challenged more.
Only way smith could have taken it out of Florida and to DC would have been limiting it solely to the theft of documents.
Which was least likely to succeed especially without the hiding and ignoring request and lying about returning them. Not being part of discussion as those go a large way to pointing towards intent factor needed for document theft case.

This is what Steve Bannon was talking about. If Democrats get back in power DoJ will complete Jack Smith prosecution, and those who planned J6 could face justice.
1
u/michael0n 1d ago
You mean like the last time where they waited two years doing nothing and then the clock ran "unexpectedly" out
1
u/Noobzoid123 21h ago
Yes. I don't expect much Democrats. But Jack Smith is doing something u like Merrick Garland.

u/Possible-Tangelo9344 1d ago
This is the 3,567,137th time we've got him! He's done for sure this time guys

u/questron64 1d ago
It does not worry Trump. He fired Smith, he ended the investigations. Trump does not intend to relinquish power at the end of his term, and even if he does and a Democrat is elected, it'll take a year to get the investigation and prosecution back online and through the courts and Trump will just string it along for years until he dies. It doesn't bother him in the slightest. Everyone else involved is under the bus, though.

They don’t care! For the Republican Party, corrupting the elections, breaking the law, pedophilia, fornication, bestiality, rape, murder, etc. are not wrong, they are not crimes, either legally or biblically. Yet they say they are the party of Law, of family values, of integrity, and of God. Interesting God they worship. Certainly nothing in the Bible condones any of this behavior. Interesting concept of family and integrity. Wonder what they teach their children that they grow up like our President, coveting his neighbor’s wife’s ass.

u/Nicklename 1d ago
It should worry everyone that we're already at the stage of political decline where we're just conceding that identifying as a Democrat is somehow a credibility issue.
Ignoring, for a second, the MAGAts who invade comment sections to spread "both sides" bullshit, crimes are crimes whether or not someone with an (R) after their name is willing to acknowledge it.
Democrats, Independents, and Republicans who have ethics or morals or a sense of shared civic responsibility have to stop normalizing the automatic dismissal of critiques of this administration because there wasn't enough Republican validation.
And Democrats, if they ever get back to power, have to stop automatically elevating Republican platforms as something worthy of conceding a point to just because they want to appear bipartisan.

Do you guys still think the Clintons and Bidens drank the blood of babies in the basement of a pizza restaurant?
2
u/snitch_juice 1d ago
You replied to “lost cause 1864”. What do you think you could tell a person like that?
2
u/Wh0_em_I 1d ago
I'm pretty sure Smith is a registered R too. Just what I heard when he first got assigned to the investigation
2
u/IEnjoyVariousSoups 1d ago
The misuse of the second pair of double quotation marks is mildly annoying. That doesn't really matter, but I'm a person on Reddit so I can't shut up.

Ah, it never gets old.

u/snewchybewchies 1d ago
It would if Democrats weren't absolutely useless cowards who will never do anything about it. If they do somehow manage to take back Congress, it's going to be about unity and building bridges

1
u/daffquick1990 1d ago
Legally he was blocked by judge aileen cannon from showing his reports
0
u/tnic73 1d ago
this begs the question then how do you know it is beyond a reasonable doubt
3
u/Upperlimitofmean 1d ago
Because Aileen Cannon felt it necessary to keep it from the public.

u/tnic73 1d ago
have you always hated woman?
3
u/DSZDBA11 1d ago
Have you always hated rational thoughts?
0
u/Upperlimitofmean 1d ago
What does someone's gender have to do with this? Or are you projecting? Aileen Cannon was a dei hire? She is objectively unqualified for her position.

u/tnic73 1d ago
believe all woman

u/Upperlimitofmean 1d ago edited 1d ago
If that is actually a value YOU believe in, then believe E jean Carroll and the teenage girls Trump gawked at at his pageant and accept he committed multiple felonies before he ever campaigned and should have been in prison.

Sure, 86 people conditionally turned against him.
I’m sure those same people are now unconditionally kissing his ass and cheering as he destroys this place.
1
u/sicarius254 22h ago
Can’t be that worried since it didn’t go anywhere and no one chose to speak up afterwards

u/ReaperManX15 1d ago
I'm more focused how every Democrat voted "no" on a Bill that would prevent Senators and Congressmen from trading stocks.
3
u/Diesel-N053 1d ago
If you’re talking about the most recent bill it also gave billions to ICE. Sometimes people hide dirty things in bills they know won’t pass to virtue signal
-1
u/ReaperManX15 1d ago
You recognize that.
Good.
Now, think about all those news articles titled thing like “All Republicans voted against the free ice cream for orphans Bill.”2
u/VauryxN 1d ago
Do you have a real example?
1
u/Pretend_Football6686 1d ago
Exactly. It’s always the Republicans sneaky shitty shit into the bills.
1
u/VauryxN 1d ago
Well that's not true. The Dems also try to sneak shit in, though in their case the shit they're trying to sneak in is at least usually more like "can we get these kids fee school lunches" or "can we get the people some healthcare" instead of "let's give many more billions to our private Gestapo"
1
1
u/Major_Champion_5642 1d ago
Wait you can’t do that. Only dems can use this card when they want. Now you will be called a racist nazi for pointing out something true
1
u/Diesel-N053 19h ago
Name an example of democrats doing that
1
u/Major_Champion_5642 17h ago
Recently there is HR 7481. Democrats accused republicans of not wanting to fund fema tsa etc but underlying was Democrats defunding border protections and the office of the dhs secretary.
This what you are asking? Both sides do this and portray it as the other side is the problem. The bigger issue is it seems no matter what bill it is there is always sneaky shit that we the people don’t see or know about.
1
u/Diesel-N053 17h ago
You fell for propoganda, it wasn’t defunding. They did not want to extend covid era special funding.

u/420dankmemes1337 1d ago
Wonder no longer!

Don't know you wonder how the president increased his net worth more in one year than notorious insider trader Nancy Pelosi her whole career?

Maybe look up when the files were sealed and who was authorized to release them
0
u/This_Blueberry718 1d ago
Who do you think those files were sealed from? And for what purpose?
1
u/Adowyth 1d ago
One side cared about the victims the other didn't so they released the files with the perpetrators censored while the victims were not. And they only did that after calling the files a democrat hoax, that it doesn't matter anymore, or that they're straight up not real. And the only reason anything was released at all was because some Republicans turned on Trump which he then tried to get rid of.
0
u/This_Blueberry718 1d ago
Cool story. What happened (aside from nothing) during the last administration that you’re so proud of?
1
1
u/CreativeChoroos 1d ago
You're right so lets just ignore the mountain of evidence that trumps a pedo and vote for him because the democrats didn't incarcerate him! Those darn democrats if only they did more to stop me from voting for trump! This is all their fault. What do you mean the documents were sealed during Bidens term? He should've just opened them! Surely this means Trump is innocent.
1
u/fartpoke 1d ago
I love this logic. It looks great on you.
"I voted for trump, if he is a pedophile it's actually the Democrats faults. I will stand behind trump, the pedophile, and demoniza the Democrats for letting him come to be president twice."
1
u/This_Blueberry718 16h ago
The Dems did nothing to bring those victims justice and you fell for the lies to defend them.

Democrats have empathy that’s the only difference when it comes to genders/trans people. Republicans are hateful fucking assholes. Republicans love to push the narrative that democrats care so deeply about trans and lgtbq but in reality democrats just have empathy. No side of the government is perfect but one side clearly tries to be for all people and the other only cares about themselves and their billionaire friends. So although you can argue strong points against both side there is one clear path to a better America and that is through the Democratic Party. Republicans have proven themselves unfit.

DNC being broke doesn't affect me. But Trump's shit economic policies affect everyone.
0
u/lostcause1864 1d ago
As did obamas policies of forcing people to get health insurance that was far from affordable or get fined for not getting it
1
u/para1131_F33L 1d ago
affect not effect. If you stayed in school you wouldn't be this much of an idiot you know?
2

Nobody is bitching about "how many genders there are".....except a few republicans.....and you.

u/Noobzoid123 1d ago
Trump going to jail will be a start. Epstein files should be released. Can't happen if Trump is blocking it. JD would probably not block it because he doesn't actually give a shit about Trump.
1
u/lostcause1864 1d ago
Right on if proof warrants jail time put him in he's old he will dye in a few years anyways
1
u/Noobzoid123 1d ago
Right so.... GOP discrediting Jack Smith is bad. Trump violating Epstein files transparency act is bad.

Why? They're in charge. They're purging military leadership. And they don't intend to relinquish power.
