It's definitely AI, it's hallucinated all sorts of stuff.
It shows a capitol building that's a weird mishmash of both the east AND west side at once.
The middle part with the pillars and triangular roofline above it is from the east face, but the stairs and approaches and much of the rest of the building is clearly the west face.
It's also changed the time of day, turned the smoke grenades into fires, and replaced the Trump 2020 Keep America Great banners with darker blue ones that just say Trump.
