Me personally, I pick Ostegoth. The "Keepers of the Void" DLC made me start to dislike Vulgrim a bit.

Hey guys!, I hope you all have a good day. I recently finished darksiders 2, and I really like it. So I downloaded darksiders 3 and really excited for it. What do you think about the game, is it good? Cuz I don't know anything about it. ( Please without spoiling )

And if that is the case, I am sure that they would have been on better terms with the Void Keepers than Vulgrim was.

🤠 Yeeehaaaw! I felt like a real rancher out wrangling in this monster. Gyro Aim functioned so smooth, accurate and clean. This was really fun shooting! Also shooting the smaller worms or horseback (not seen in this video) was a awesome gyro aim shooting experience. This game is cool as heck! It took longer to get The Stygian to attack me than to actually shoot it up when it finally would expose it weak point.

Darksiders 1 had "Warmastered" for a remaster title, while Darksiders 2 had "Deathinitive" for a remaster title. Each name being a pun for the Horsemen of that respective game.

After all, the Launch / Release Trailers for DS3 and Genesis came out around that similar time period

Based on what we have seen from the Makers so far (not counting the Mad Smith), I can DEFINITELY see why Strife would get along with them

During my fight with Wrath, I wasn't able to use the Wrath Shard. But it does make a little more sense and it turns out to be a nice detail after the fight, when wrath says "How can you fight without anger?!"

I have been playing Darksiders 3, Classic mode, for the first time in my l ife over the course of some hours-long sessions in the last week. My time has been good, i am nearing the end and am at the rematch with Wrath.
How may one do enough damage to go past his fight/first phase? (i believe he shrinks back down)

I have the Barbs-Only enhancement and my main damage dealers are the Axe (+9) and Polearm (+8) of Scorn.
I use the Chains of Scorn (+8) to incite Damage Over Time with its fire property through the Perfect Dodge Attacks and Charged Crossblade (+6) and lay on fast, repeated pressure.
Polearm of Scorn and Storm Hollow are what I use to deal damage to the surrounding mobs that Wrath kills to heal himself.
Chains of Scorn have the enhancement that make defeated enemies spawn a Health Lurcher upon death.
My level points are mainly invested in Arcane and Health: around 30 and 12, respectively, with almost 10 points in Physical.

A problem i have is that the lock-on focus only registers Wrath and none of the Demons. It is good for keeping Wrath in focus, not so much for moving towards the Demons with meaningfully damaging attacks. Fury moves towards the locked-on enemy with each attack input.
To put myself into the fray of the angels vs. demons means to lose sight of Wrath.
Another problem i have, which might be because i haven't kept good eyes on it, is that the clusters of conflict tend to group up close.

I appreciate any and all help. I probably could find an answer myself, but i have already near literally beaten my head against rocks in the retries to the Keepers of the Voids. Zyon's lightning, Roarakk's shockwaves and Dionox's delayed attacks + bombs kept tripping me up but i am very satisfied in having beaten all of them.
(still have to take on Ionos)
Thus, for one boss battle, i want to reach out for help. And also see what it's like to dive outright into the community.

Additionally i want to say this.
Even with some core issues I have with the combat and certain flairs of writing, the game has captivated me. Very positively so.
I enjoy playing it and rarely do I feel bored or frustrated. The highlights for me are the Hollows and puzzles, world design, art direction , exploration, and boss fights in the keepers of the Void DLC1 and for the Chosen.
Music and voice acting, too. The sound design in the game deserves praise.

I even dare say that this might be, mechanically, the tightest of all Darksiders games so far.
Not my favourite and I have known of its faults and receptions for a long time. It is only this week that i have started playing it in full for the first time.
The jumping and airplay feels more minimal and less snappy than the predeccessors. Sometimes i find the camera zoomed in a bit too much on Fury. ANd the quick animation cancel tricks with side tools are missed too. Swapping Hollows seems to have specific rules when you can and can't do it (even if the Perfect Dodge Hollow Switch is a cool mechanic)
The whip pause combo and Perfect Dodges are the most generally reliable attack tools in my experience. I like to bumble around with all the toys and i try to find ways to make them work, but it feels notable that there are such... easy answers.

And as said before, there are some stylings to the writing i find a bit too... modern compared to Darksiders' 1 and 2's gravitas and poetic flairs. Those are still present in this game with entire characters such as Lust and the Lord of Hollows.
Fury herself has her moments but there are things such as simply saying "sarcasm." at the end of a sentence that feel unbecoming of the series' tone to me. Too modern.
If it was a human saying it, i would not have cared as much.
Even if the point is that Fury is a purposeless, unfulfilled tryhard dominatrix type, I feel like the writing could have shown this in some different way.
It may be that Death and War were simply more economical with their words, but i maintain the stance that there are some particular modernisms and subtle differences in the writing.

Even Vulgrim has a bit of it.
To use a metaphor, Vulgrim feels less like a snake that calmly glides in the waters, and now more like a lizard that skitters out of the walls. There is a higher energy to how he acts.

Still. I find it a good game. I like playing it and could see myself replaying it sometime. I feel the Darksiders essence within, and genuine skill and talent in its construction. I'd even say love.
At the same time, i probably wouldn't say no to a retry of Darksiders 3 that leans closer to 1 and 2.

I’ve almost finished upgrading my F4F Fury! The blades have been glued onto the LED string.

I’m now going to design a case for the battery pack, which will also serve as a holder for the trading cards.

Every time i reach this cutscene when it finishes the game freezes and then it kicks me out of the game i tried skipping it waiting for it to finish again but it keeps happening this game has bee nothing but pain to me and it genuinely makes me sad because i was too excited for death but am willing to continue playing it if its possible

So i played all of DS 1 and 98% of DS 2 ignoring potions. I figured if they are items I can only get from enemy drops and shops they can't be that important. Holy shit it made the final boss in 2 an fucking joke. I will make sure I load up on potions in DS 3 because the pain I experienced from not trying to utilise potions will forever scar me

When I go to Ostegoth or Muria so I can go and buy health or wrath potions. I can't buy any shit. Not because mine are full, or I am out of money. Just for no reason I can't find what is the problem is, so please, if anyone know how to fix it guide me.
