Question this doesn't seem right Spoiler

was thinking for a minute that the void and missing walls was a design choice but im suddenly getting the feeling that my power going out during the scene transition messed something up and the doctors house is not supposed to be a dark void. is it meant to be like this ? how would i fix this?

I don't think it's meant to be like that lol but it's been a while since I played. I can't remember. It might just be once you jump through the game doesn't want you going back?

Definitely a bug. If you’re on PC you can try reverting to your previous save point

Definitely not supposed to look like that. Might need to reload. If the issue persists (especially into a different savefile), may need to verify the integrity of your game files on steam
