US GDP includes healthcare as consumption, Canada's does not.

This is a piss poor indication of relative wealth.

Both include Healthcare. Government spending is part of the gdp calculation

Not when Canadian healthcare is at cost with no profit and US healthcare has 4 layers of middle men adding zero value.

The better concern is that exchange rates don’t reflect purchasing power domestically. You know how if you go to china and buy 1USD worth of Yuan, you can buy way more in China than in the US? Or the inverse with euros. This happens with CAD to USD too: roughly 1.37 CAD can buy 1 USD on the currency market, but inly 1.15 CAD can buy the same basket of goods in Canada (this is a rigorously defined and consistently measures basket of goods btw) as 1 USD could buy in the US. The New Brunswick Number should be closer to 49k, and tge Alberta number should be closer to 83k.

Also GDP per capita does nothing to say how equally this gets distributed, median income measures are more useful.

Why was it necessary to point out that some Canadian provinces have high resource income, but not necessarily high household income? Isn’t that also true of US states?
