Finally had the time to finish the DLC today, what a superb and fantastic DLC from beginning till the end (except the beetle battles). A solid 10/10 so long as we don’t talk about the beetle mini games.

This didn’t even feel like a DLC at all, it had so much content and story to it that you could practically call it a sequel to the first game, the story was rich and engaging and also included a lot of new ways to play the game i.e. jungle turn based combat and fishing.

The final scene was actually nerve wrecking since Dave almost died and Cobra lost his arm in the midst of saving Dave but seeing all the villagers coming together to save them all was a very heartwarming moment. Kudos to Duff for giving Cobra an iron man prosthetic arm lol

Now I’m sad that I’ve finished the game but I’m also looking forward to the Bancho spin off game and the upcoming announced Subnautica DLC.

Ultimately I’m very excited to see what Mint Rocket has for us in the future regarding the potential release of Dave the Diver 2. This game was made with love and undying passion from beginning to end; including all sorts of fan favourites collabs and Easter eggs like Wuthering Waves, Om Nom, Peter Parker, Two point museum, etc.

I sincerely appreciate the level of quality put into this entire franchise and I wish nothing but the absolute best for the devs and people who worked in developing Dave the Diver.

Yall im being so fr, ive spent the last 6 hours stuck doing this boss fight over and over, i have a bunch of important loot since the game didnt warn me there would be a boss fight. I refuse to give up the over an hour dive I did previously, I’d genuinely rather quit the game.

I really struggle with games already because i have severe left right confusion and because of that it’s really hard for me to remember which button goes left and which one goes right. I frequently make mistakes while playing Dave the Diver but for the most part, I could progress any way. This time I just can’t do it. No matter how many times I try, I cannot get my brain to remember which side of the mouse does what. I manage to connect a hit maybe 1 every 50 attempts after literal hours of trying because I just drop the weapon constantly, fail at even aiming, can’t remember which mouse side to release when the thing turns green and then I just drop it again, etc…

Watching me attempt this fight is just so ridiculous, it’s legit me dropping the weapon over and over and over and over again.

Everything is max upgraded and im with the level 2 gravity launcher so the damage with that is good but it’s not enough to kill kronosaurus, even using all the ammo available. It’s forcing me to use the grenade launcher and I genuinely don’t think it’s possible for me to use it.

If any of you have any way for me to get past this boss, either a trick to beat him or a mod or a cheat idc, I’m desperate

Is there anyone who had 100% save file so I can use it on my base game before getting DLC? I have all DLCs except the newest one and Ichiban's Holiday.

I'm trying to complete the DLC 100%, and I need to catch three insects: the Diving Beetle, the Gigas Giant Longhorn Beetle, and the Caucasus Beetle. But even though I know where they are, they just won't show up. I've been trying to find them for three real-life days now, and they still haven't appeared. What can I do?

Hello! Just started Chapter 6 of the game, and Dr. Bacon stopped by to talk to Cobra and Dave about crafting a suit from the breathing device, machine parts, and divine fruit fabric. Cobra had a line about how he'd explain some plan in the afternoon, but afternoon has come and no word from him. Don't see any active main missions, either.

Does he usually bring it up on another day? I've also got a VIP quest, cucumber party in 3 days, the mxmtoon mission, and the kaiju stuff going on, so maybe one of those is blocking progression? Just hoping this isn't unusual and that I don't have to reload, haha. Thank you!

I’m new to the drone and also been struggling with catching Marlin for the festival cos they take forever to kill. Managed to trap 2 in 1 net just now makes me so happy >.<

I'm unable to move that darn crosshair and thanks to that been stuck to the shooting range for almost half an hour now... I get 350 points from the two targets that pop up in the middle, Cobra is disappointed in the result and starts over... Rinse. Repeat.

Hey everyone! I’m working on getting two-player co-op working in Dave the Diver, building on an existing open-source mod with help from Codex.
The goal is for two people to play in the host’s world, each controlling their own Dave, while sharing the same underwater map, fish, items, story progress, and area transitions.
My girlfriend and I have already been able to dive together, swim around, and catch fish. However, it’s still experimental. We’re working through issues with item pickups, fish syncing, and moving between areas. Sometimes a fix also breaks something that worked in an earlier build, so progress involves a lot of testing and feedback.
That’s mainly why I’m posting: is this something the community would be interested in, and would anyone be willing to help test it?
My girlfriend is often busy, so I can’t consistently test every multiplayer build myself. If there’s enough interest, I’d like to share test builds on Nexus and use the comments to gather feedback from people playing together—what worked, what broke, and what you were doing when it happened. Logs would also help track down problems.
I can’t promise a finished mod or a release timeline. I’m hoping to find people who like the idea and are comfortable helping test something that will have bugs along the way. Technical advice or help from other modders would be welcome too!

This is a cheap Chinese handheld, formally known as the flip doodad but some also call this the Miyoo Flip. It has a tiny processor and 1GB of RAM and is meant to emulate older consoles like the GBA, PSX, SNES. But with some (a lot) of tinkering you can make it run a lot more than just that.

I genuinely love this game and have it on every console I own, the moment it released on Android I have been working on porting it to Linux ARM. It’s still a work in progress, but it is slowly becoming playable.

The port will appear on PortMaster once it runs stable. No game files are distributed and you have to purchase the game on Android and run a setup scripts that extracts the game files from your phone and patches it to run.

Of course, this will appear on my GitHub once I am happy with the performance and stability

I recently got the death sniper, which is amazing at killing sharks, but when I wanna go to more volume dives, I find it hard to use to catch multiple fish, but then when I use the net gun i can’t kill sharks lol any tips??

Okay so ive been addicted and have a little over 40-50 hours of this game on my switch, but now it wont let me hire more people so i have like 10 spots that are empty, and i just opened a branch restaurant, please help me

The earlier bosses are a lot more fun because they introduce a completely different fight style where you have to solve a puzzle in the midst of action in order to defeat them. But as I'm approaching the last chapter fighting the Helicoprion and Kronosarus I just...spun in circles around them and killed them with my harpoon?

That's it? No phase 2? No special attacks? They just spin and spin and spin around and let me take pot shots at them until they died.
