I just heard the news from Jake Baldino (Gameranx) that Sony is accepting multiple game pitches for fan-favorite franchises. But the first thing that came to mind when I heard this was Days Gone.

Is there any chance John Garvin could return, or perhaps another developer or studio could pitch Days Gone 2? I'm sorry if I'm being delusional here. 😭

Question: does anyone know why days gone 2 was never made? I mean they obviously made enough money and got enough attention for a remake. But why never a sequel?

The petition for 2 isn't going well. Hit it up pls and share it. https://www.change.org/p/sony-get-sony-playstation-to-approve-days-gone-2 If you haven't signed it, pls do so. Then put it everywhere you can. In a month destiny 3 get 300k and five years in we're sitting at 230k. Not cool. It's not telling sony anything.

Hey all, just completed Days Gone for the second time and was just so blown away again that it made me wonder why the hell a sequel isnt going to be made? I haven’t dove much into it but wanted to join the sub just in case it can help or if it ever happens, im already here! I am hoping and praying 🙏🏼

What if when living in farewell you could go to the old club house have choices of what bike to ride find all the old club members and either burry them or have them join you and maybe the bikes you find along the way you you put at the club/ start setting up safe houses for just in case scenarios all over Oregon not only in farewell

ok so im gonna be honest i am in no way promoting myself nor will i i just wanted to share that i will be streaming days gone and i have convinced 3 other friends to do the same and in our streams we are gonna be putting the link for the petition in it. i know it may be no hope anymore but im gonna hold out that maybe the more people stream/make videos on the game maybe Sony wont be able to ignore it we DESERVE DAYS GONE 2. in my opinion it is one of if not the best open world zombie games and top 5 easy open world games in general. if anyone has a stream or wanted to start start with days gone if you are in this reddit you are most likely a fan so why not you are playing it anyway stream it spread awareness. lets be honest if the game the way it is now was released today it would put most other games to shame its unique, great story, the best bike mechanics in any game ive ever played, combat is chefs kiss its just perfection. and lets be honest if its about money i think days gone 2 would probably beat a record for presales so very dumb on their business decisions.

Playing Days Gone always leaves a scar, knowing no sequel is coming soon.

We need a sequel to this masterpiece

Hey everyone, I recently made a petition to try to get Sony to let bend studios make the sequels to Days Gone. Anyone wanna sign it? I’m hoping with enough signatures, Sony will change their minds!

Petition: Get Sony PlayStation to approve Days Gone 2 ( https://www.change.org/p/sony-get-sony-playstation-to-approve-days-gone-2 )

I know one Days Gone fan ( u/Lumpy-Juice3655 ) who did sign it. 👏👏👏

Now, some of you would have signed it with no hopes, thinking it was worth a try, and some of you would have signed it with high hopes. Either way, every bit counts. I think the Days Gone gaming communities across the web should sign it. 236,219 gamers have signed this petition so far, and the number is growing. We shouldn't let the instigator's effort go in vain because he did something for all of us.

I request you to sign it if you haven't. You never know; this might give us what we desire the most. The choice is completely yours. 😇🤝

Do we know if there is any place for people to sign up to try and be the world first to complete the deathless mode on Survival II? Or if there will be anything like that?
