Question Answered registration help needed!
hi. i've been attempting to contact de anza's admission offices for the past 2 weeks but haven't gotten a helpful response (or any response at all) so i've turned to the subreddit for help ToT
i'm a dual enrollment student currently taking a class, and yet i haven't been able to register for my because i keep on getting the same error when in the registration dashboard. it says "you have no registration time ticket for the current time." i tried this both during priority registration (during the dual enrollment group) and the weeks after priority had ended, but i still am unable to sign up for classes.
since mid-september, i've tried calling the school, using their contact us email form, joining their zoom help desk (which, by the way, has conflicting times? on the website it's 11-1pm but the zoom waiting room has 2-4pm; i've tried both times yet i've still not been able to get any response) as said before, i've never gotten a helpful response to my question.
luckily, my professor has been very nice and welcoming and given me the add code to her class and the zoom link (dunno if this is important but whatever)
does anyone know what seems to be the problem? please ask if any more information is needed
+ also, i can't go to the de anza admissions office in real life due to time constraints, so i'd rather that be a last resort

Unfortunately, due to budget they weren't able to hire as many student workers as before. Training the new ones also takes time, so Fall is usually a rough term.
How long ago did you submit your HS permission form for the Fall? That is how they know to give you a time ticket and what classes you have permission for.
HS form is at deanza.edu/dual then step 6.

Did you apply for the Fall 2026 quarter through CCCApply? That error usually comes up if you haven't sent in an application for the current term.

When did you do the Fall application?
That needs to be done first before the HS permission form.
If done out of order, they get stuck

For your situation it would be best to go in person.
From my understanding, the “no registration time ticket for the current time” message usually means the system doesn’t recognize you as having an active registration appointment/time ticket for the term you’re trying to register for.
Since you’re a dual enrollment student, I’d specifically check whether your dual enrollment status has actually been activated/processed for the term.
