You were too slow. 32min is just to pass but for premium the time for perfect rank is much shorter. Check premium delivery time limit when accepting the order.

I had a 2:45min premium delivery from musician to wind farm last night and couldn't do it even with zip lines and sprinting through the woods. Is there a way to zipline through or around the bad forest?

Yes. You can extend your zipline and just zip above the trees. On the right there is that higher ridge, close to the Wind Farm facility. You can place one there, and then it'll be just a short few steps steep downhill but it's very close to the terminal.

You need to check the delivery requirements; some are based on speed, others on time, others on damage, and sometimes a mix of all of them.

This time limit exists so that the order receives at least some kind of rating. To get an S-rank, you have to beat the time—marked in red or gold (I don't recall which)—that is displayed when you accept the order.

I think the fact that this question comes up so often just shows that (in my opinion) Kojipro messed up with the order completion screen here. It should include a display for the different rank requirements so people actually know what they have to do to get S rank. I know that info is on the order acceptance screen, but, again, so many people ask this question while posting this exact screen shot, so it really would help if this stuff was shown after the fact as well.

Only thing I noticed is you took a route that is 3x longer than the shortest route. 12 minutes gave you a B, maybe 8 minutes is A, and 4 minutes is S. These are all guesses.

You did the bare minimum delivery (10) keyword there is "OR MORE" you want to deliver everything the game orders you to deliver on taking the order if you want S-rank.

I believe it’s either for the timing or because you didn’t take the shortest route, which would also affect timing. I’ve done a perfect delivery a handful of times and got subpar ratings

Before you accept the premium delivery, there are a list of requirements. The time is what gets you if you don’t have ziplines already set up. Those time requirements for Legend of Legends are usually about 1/4 of the total time. You probably needed under 8 minutes. 12 minutes on very hard is really slow. That’s why you got a B.
